by ukpimo ini'm interested to know the age demographics here.
it must be significantly different to other exjw forums.
it would be a damning report for watchtower if most of us appear to have left for decades.. you don't have to mention your exact age, you could always say "in my 50s".. i am in my 70s.

I was told by a P.O. elder in another hall some years ago that a college educated, mature, quite wealthy couple had sold everything up to work on one of the big UK bethel building projects for what they thought would be a number of years..
Unexpectedly, six months in the couple were told by wt their free labor was no longer required -
The elder who told me this tactfully tried to convey to me that this totally PIMI X 100 couple were feeling 'slightly disillusioned'...
yes, I bet they were!!

What the watchtower demands from you
by Ron.W. inperhaps you considering joining the wt cult - here is a concise list of why you should not.. what the watchtower demands of you:.
1.complete obedience to them.. 2. be willing to lose your life for zany blood teachings.. 3.put other cult members before your real family.. 4.refusal to let you leave their religion when the penny drops it's a cult.. 6.accept that they can backtrack and change any of their flip flop teachings at any time.. 7. you can't change your mind about their teachings without harsh discipline,.
8. insistence that you humbly and quickly apologise for your mistakes and errors.. 9.gladly accept they will never be apologising for any of their mistakes or errors of judgement.. 10.accept that even ones who follow and believe in the bible, but not the governing body are worthy of destruction.. please feel free to add more..

In my last few elder's and servants meetings i really HATED the way C.O browbeat and lectured us all on being patient with a brother who let us down on on the ministry, missed loads of meetings and was totally unreliable..
...Whilst we APPOINTED MEN had to be positive, reliable, upbeat and encouraging at all times..or else booted off our positions for not meeting the mark..
One elder on the bodies hours were fairly low.. the CO wanted him removed.
He explained that he'd been on COUNTLESS judicial committees and heavyweight elders meetings and shepherding calls over the last couple of months..
The CO said, yes, but the other elders who did all the same extra shepherding as you have all reported MORE THAN AVERAGE monthly hours..
The elder suddenly realised the other elders must have been falsifying their reported hours..
Yes, good luck all the new 'mature' older men in their 20's...they're going to need all the luck they can get!
