She had Breast cancer but she was also misdiagnosed with full body cancer lately..

Apparently when she had breast cancer she had her breast removed and refused chemo but did have radiation..

She's apparently into alternative treatments for cancer but I can't see where she actually did it herself..She talks more about it in her book..

Well she had the cancer 10 years ago but she just had the breast thing done a while back..she didn't want to have implants so she did this..

So the 65-year-old actress, bestselling author, and pitchwoman revealed that she sought out a doctor at the University of Tokyo in Japan renowned for using stem cells to successfully grow the muscle tissue back.

Somers told Cooper she brought good doc over to the States, "hooked him up with an American surgeon," and after some bureaucratic wrangling, got approval for a clinical trial with her as the subject.

"It took me three years of trial and error…[but] in August it came through, I was able to have the surgery," the former pinup said.

nothing new, but i do miss charlie on the show.

The show is funny! It has new scenarios involving girlfriends and kids and Berta is still there and funny as ever..you guys really should give it a chance..I was just like you till I did. I also felt I needed to be loyal to "Charlie"..but he made his choice without any regard to his followers..so I watched the show with an open mind and really enjoyed it..besides the other show was getting so predictable.I also think that he is going to be on a new show?.

New Show update:

The Ma-Sheen's return to TV is almost here!

Charlie Sheen's new series, Anger Management, will start production March 22nd and the show will be moving FAST!

Producers plan on shooting two episodes per week with the first scenes being shot in El Lay's San Fernando Valley.

Is the Ma-Sheen worried about it not doing well? Heck no!

Charlie summed up his thoughts by stating:

"We will not disappoint. It's going to be an absolute f–king rocket ship to the moon."

I love it!..I didn't like the first show and didn't watch for a while after that. but decided to watch it one night and laughed all the way through it..It is original and funny. Can't wait for the next season.

I agree blondie, I too have thought the same thing..does the religion cause the depression or are they drawn to the religion because of their depression..I have often thought that the religion attracts certain kinds of people..

6/15 WT - WT Society can Run it's Business - but JW's Can't Have their Own

in the typical do as we say , not as we do type mentality - the wt society puts forth in this current wt study article ( jw's only wt ) - that it's not " advisable " or " reasonable " for jehovah's witnesses to seek entering their own business ventures , or further themselves by getting a college education, or even have a career - due to the imminent coming of the alleged " end of the system " or alleged " paradise " .

the guilt and control used here is ridiculous.

I saw someone talking about how some religions actually help people..yes they do but it comes at a great price. They rip people off in the name of charity/religions and give very little of it to the people..

As far as the article goes..they want to keep their people ignorant. That way they can't/won't be questioned or challanged on their teachings..
With the computer age I think they may be losing a lot of members that are getting wise to their lies/ false predictions..

Probably a scary time for them..

The more scared they get the more they will try to isolate their people..keeping them away from computers..their no JW relatives/friends and keeping them in low scale jobs so the only hope they have for a future is the WTBTS's promise of a lovely new paradise if they remain faithful to their religion and forsake all others..

Gated Communities in Puerto Rico now required to have a Security Guard and special entrance for Jehovah's Witnesses

as some of you may recall, on february 11, 2011 the united states court of appeals ruled that most gated communities in puerto rico violated the constitutional rights of jehovahs witnesses by not allowing them unobstructed access to homes and thereby thwarting their right to worship freely.

not sure how the watchtower was able to fool the us court of appeals, but there you have it... the next step in this judicial process is to determine how this needed to happen.. to that end, the us court of appeals has recently ruled that those gated communities in puerto rico that didnt have security guards (i.e.

: have a tele-entry key pad instead) were to hire at least one security guard who would be positioned at the entrance for the purpose of allowing jehovahs witnesses free access to the community.

They can't get me here because I have a security door at the entrance of the building..they have to request entry and no one will let them in..:) so they usually park outside in the lot on Sat. mornings till some poor sap comes out of the building and then they attack them..

How pathetic is that..

I can't believe they get away with that in Puerto Rico..

My thoughts..

My daughter has a security gate at the entrance of their community but they have a service entry that isn't gated..the JW's come in that way..
