  CO Visit this week....

  Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I assist in a Spanish congregation so we tend to get more emotional. I was in another congregation where at every meeting, I mean at every single meeting there had to be someone that would cry either giving a comment or at the platform.

  So, this CO is white in a hispanic congregation. The wife is hispanic, reason I mention this is because there seems to be an idea that because he is white, he is even more important and should even have more of our attention. And the wife....well, let's just say that I think I know why she married a white brother. She just loves to feed on the importance everyone gives him. She looks like such a snob, like it's not fair that he is only a substitude.

  Anyways, I don't have anything against white people. In fact, just in case you didn't know, October is white month so happy white October!*

  Ugh, I had to go outside right now as the meeting is taking place. All the brothers on the platform are so scared and nervous it's almost funny and sickening at the same time. And we didnt even get the actual CO. Just his emergency puppet, I guess he is sick or something

  I've never really have tried to get to know any of them, nor have they tried to get to know me so I guess we are even.

  Our last COs wife was really hot but you could tell she knew that so she would look all snobby and just smile and say thank you whenever they complimented her. Like saying oh yeah I know I'm hot ZZZHHHH! And the CO would just love to metion her name over and over from the platform.

  I'm sorry but I have nothing nice to say about any of the COs I've met. And it's true about how the attendance goes to the roof at the meetings and at the FS. After the guy is gone, everything goes back to normal.

  Hell no!! I've seen how some of the funds are mismanaged and spent on everything else except the purpouse of the non profit charity.

  The last CO was soooo boring. Somehow I ended up meeting up with him and other brothers-before field service and after the service meeting mind you- and all he did was to stare at his cup of coffee. So much for spiritual building conversations with the flock!

  I tried to initiate conversation but I guess he was too good to talk to the rest of us. I ignored him after that and I enjoyed my coffee until we had to leave. Oh and by the way, by the looks of his gut I know coffee wasn't the only drink he enjoyed.

  That makes me wonder...Why do they receive so much glory and attention as if they were some type of celebrity? Everyone goes nuts when these men come around every six months. And then all the pioneers feeling all high and mighty because they get to have a special meeting with him.

  I can't stand the whole frenzy everyone gets into this time around...

  So, have you ever met a CO that would just love to feed on this type of attention???
