"be cautious as serpents, yet innocent as doves".. so , with all the hype going on about russia, and the "personal" letter writing campaign the gb is making all witnesses be a part of, this scripture came to mind.. surely this action is the very opposite of being "cautious"!?
surely it is not being "innocent" as to world affairs and political activities?.

4000 places of Abuse says the Australian Royal Commission on track to deliver its final report on Dec.15
by smiddy inaccording to an article in the herald sun tues.march 28 2017 ,australian children were abused in more than 4000 institutions new data by the child abuse royal commission has revealed.. male clergy were most commonly perpertrators of the abuse followed by teachers and residential care workers while boys aged 10-14 were the most common victims.. the arc started its 57th and final case study yesterday ,chair justice peter mcclellan confirmed that after four years the $500 million commission was on track to deliver its final report on december the 15th (2017).

If jw abusers/rapists , which were, we must assume, private individuals, with a small percentage of ms, elders, are lumped in with teachers, caregivers priests acting in professional capacities in institutions dedicated to the care of children,--- good luck trying to get attention of 1 in 4000.
One attack, of course, like the ones exposed is one too many. hopefully this massive exposure will really help to stop it.

by Saltheart Foamfollower infor those not aware:- during the circuit visit there is a meeting with elders &ministerial servants based on an outline.
the mss are dismissed then local matters (eg new elders, meeting attendance etc) are discussed.
recently there has also been a part of the outline just for elders - one year it was about stopping anyone dressing in a "gender blurring" way from going on the ministry.. the latest visit has a section of the outline for elders.

It puzzles me how a cult like the jws, with such a high control on sexuality****, (even habitual pornography viewing), (elders masturbating) are marked as reason for disciplinary action, and there is supposed to be that past disproportionate laxity in child rape prevention. ??

They are the bad influence on sisters with laggard, fading, disfellowshipped( for apostasy) husbands to free themselves too,--from that burden or "danger to their spirituality"
