if not ,why do they claim he took up his power to reign as king in 1914 ?

do they claim that ?

or is it that he has only returned awaiting for god to give the throne to him.?.

If Christ's " your kingdom come" came in 1914, we would be cheated out of 106 years in perfect paradise, just so the governing body can govern among his enemies.

wt writers are preparing a similar trick for the end of the millennium. They consistently say that the chaos of the final test will happen at the end of the 1000 years, never stating ing: after that period is ended.

we writers are killjoys, taking away quality time, coming and going. cunningly conning.

Jehovah`s witnesses not the only religion GOD is using now ?

when confronted with angus stewart’s blunt question “do you see yourselves as jehovah god’s spokespeople on earth?” the answer that came from jackson’s lips was astounding.. “that i think would seem to be quite presumptuous to say that we are the only spokesperson that god is using.

the scriptures clearly show that someone can act in harmony with god’s spirit in giving comfort and help in the congregations, but if i could just clarify a little, going back to matthew 24, clearly, jesus said that in the last days ‐ and jehovah’s witnesses believe these are the last days ‐ there would be a slave, a group of persons who would have responsibility to care for the spiritual food.

so inthat respect, we view ourselves as trying to fulfill that role.”.

Mat 24 says that the good news of the kingdom will be preached before the end.

Jws take that command to mean to preach the "kingdom of 1914. " they sing that in their songs. The "kingdom reality" , it rules now.

they do not mean Col 1, the kingdom of the son, love,

To them, the 1000 year rule is a mere continuation of what started in 1914. and then

There is going to be another transition, when the kingdom is beeng handed back to the source ~ 1055 years from now.

How much do Elders actually get along with each other?

i was reading in the shepherding book that elders should “ cultivate and maintain friendships with one another.”, and thought to myself “bulls$it!” i remember that most of the elders in my old congregation were nothing but nasty asses.

i know it may vary from congregation to congregation, but do elders generally get along with each other behind closed doors in elders meetings?

or, are they often in conflict with each other?

as imperfect and flawed capitalism is, it has worked better than other forms of economic and political systems-so far.

it’s very simple in “theory.” capitalism is an economic and-or, political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state.

in other words, keep government out of it as much as possible.

if you distributed the wealth, (that is earned bsw) equally between all inhabitants, what would happen?

The efficiency of the innovators will again bring the rewards to the same energetic, smart, focused group. hopefully.
