MORE PROPAGANDA FROM THE CO!!
by DATA-DOG inwell, once again my "friend" has shared their notes with me from the latest co visit.
besides the usual 1914 assertions/ world getting worse all the time/ our day is the worst of all time nonsense, the co mentioned some interesting things.
number one won't surprise you.

I still like my math analogy for what 'progressive' really means vs the WT version.
I studied Algebra in 9th grade. In 10th grade I studied Geometry. It was different from what I studied in 9th grade but what I studied in 9th grade was still true and useful
In 11th grade I studied Trigonometry. Interesting stuff. Different from 9th and 10th grade. What I learned in 9th and 10th grade was still true and useful.
12th grade. Calculus. Now we are getting somewhere. But still, what I learned in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade was still true and useful.
And on and on it goes. 3 more semesters of calc in college and then onto differential equations (almost got convinced to change major to math).

Are they Lit or Is This the Transportation of the Future?
by oppostate insince it's got two doors and more importantly just one seat, it's probably not the best vehicle for going out in kingdom service.
but this vehicle is amazing.
the c-1 by lit motors is a two door car/motorcycle vehicle you can't tip over.

Transportation of the future will be mostly walking. If you plan ahead, you may get to go there on a bycycle. I don't see a lot of fat people in the future. If you live near water, boating in many forms will be possible.
If you really want one of those things, get it now. Just watch out for the angry people in their Toyota Tundras (to be honest, I don't know if they even make those anymore).

Regarding 'some' country that would like see Greece stay in the EU to avoid a collapse of NATO, Paul Craig Roberts has a recent article along those lines.
It seems in general that the Greeks are going to continue to take a beating in order to set an example for other countries that might be interested in getting some debt forgiveness/restructuring if the Greeks get it. All interesting stuff to read about, probably not so much fun on the streets of Greece.

Not saying the former greek leadership is without blame, but as mentioned earlier, they never should have been allowed to join. Then based on overly-optimistic projections about 'growth', banks from other countries 'lent' them unreasonable (risky) amounts of money. Which of course (suprise) they couldn't pay back.
Rather than force the banks/lenders/speculators to take a loss (apparently that isn't an option anymore) the IMF steps in to the rescue with - you guessed it more loans. These loans however were used primarily to pay back the original loans (90%). The loans from the IMF comes with strings attached (austerity) which only makes the situation worse. When offered another loan/bailout you can understand why they might be inclined to say no thanks. Default and rebuild is their best option. Not going to be easy, but still best.
If you would like to read more about how thw whole IMF racket works, I suggest Naoimi Klein's - The Shock Doctrine.

Suits and ties. Nothing seems more old-school corporate. Maybe one day we will see a picture of Jesus returning on his white horse in a suit and tie. I wonder if he will be in trouble if he doesn't? Perhaps some private counsel from his 'brothers' will be necessary... -

Revised JW Movie Covers!
by Goldenash inafter watching the latest jw movie, i noticed that there are a few important details that the covers to these releases left out... so i took the liberty of correcting a few errors here and there for those who were confused as to the real point of these movies.... introducing, the "religion wreaks havoc" series!
you will cringe as you witness first-hand the damage that blind faith does to everyone involved!.
starting with the first:.

my wife leaves the latest issues on my pillow when she gets back from her meetings.

Good point oppostate. Also, with any type of water activity, the 'buddy' system is always a good idea.
But, since this is probably in the new system (after 1000 year trial period) there is no need to worry about drowning. Apparently though, you can still be stupid.
I told my wife, if I have to wear a tie for any reason in the 'new system', I don't want to be there....
