i celebrated my birthday for the first time today at 40 years old.
my wife was great.
she and some of my coworkers surprised me at lunch.
i know being a witness for 33 years and not celebrating b/days you do lose the habit , but i thought one of them would have remembered ?

sir david eady sitting as high court judge will hand down judgement tomorrow at 11:00am in the appeal of the decision from master leslie for refusing to strike out the claim as an abuse of process.
in his judgement in november 2014 he stated in his judgement delivered ex-tempore " i am bound to say that this case causes me a good deal of trouble".
from notes that i have from the hearing last week, i will be utterly surprised if the retired judge sir david eady takes a different view.
Thanks for the update. Generally speaking WTBTS has a regular failure rate at seeking the dismissal of a case in the early stages. Now we can sit back and watch the lies and false testimony begin as WTBTS implement their 'theocratic warfare' doctrine so as to win.
it was with great pleasure and with mrs hosers blessing that i took all of our bound volumes and other obsolete jehovah's witness books to the local landfill.
i threw them into the garbage pile and watched as a crawler tractor drove over them to pack them down.
You do realize that Watchtower magazines can be recycled into everyday practical products rather than thrown into the landfill.
