  hey i'm just curious if there are any ex dubs in pittsburgh and if theyd like to meet up sometime.

  i have tried to communicate some former jws that i personally know before but most of them dont respond.

  i am currently technically inactive staying low under the radar trying the gurilla tactic..

  Redistributing Magazines

  Flood Story in every Culture?

  ok im looking for a specific religion and culture that has no flood story.

  someone claimed that every religion/culture has a flood story.

  i disagree but i want to have a reference..

  We could use their own logic against them regarding the Trinity and the Cross. They would say these were pagan since it was rooted in other religions. Major cognitive dissonance there.

  JWs came to my house today

  i got an unexpectedvisit from an elder an a new guy i never met before.

  he said jehovah hasnt forgotten me.

  they said all jws are filling out an emergency contact information form.

  I got an unexpectedvisit from an elder an a new guy i never met before. He said jehovah hasnt forgotten me. They said all JWs are filling out an emergency contact information form. They are getting one for me to fil out. I asked him dont you already have my info.

  We started discussing what is truth, from what source do you find it? One of the topics that came up was the flood myth. New guy claimed every single religion/culture had a flood story. I told him that is not true. He then claimed thats how DINOSAURS dissappeared off the earth!!! I Have never heard a Witness claim that the flood wiped all the dinosaurs away before.
