  very sad to hear the news about the bbc and its disregard of abuse by some of its 'stars'.

  so similar to the jw situation in that its all about the culture of an organisation and determination to keep the brand looking shiny clean.. .

  I find that Women are genuine and humble people who dislike prostituting themselves to a shallow quest for materialism, they want to Love a man for his personality and his good nature.

  So, even if you are extremely wealthy, maybe you are a Surgeon or own a multi-national company, best to tell them you work at McDonalds or deliver Pizzas on a Moped.

  someone keeps posting on here from anointedjw.org.. now as many know it is a long time since i left so i am really baffled.. i have picked up that many more are saying they are of the anointed than when i was in even though the number is supposed to be going down!.

  so how are these people who suddenly start taking the emblems viewed by the gb?.

  are they newly baptised people generally or born-ins?.

  As we know, the Watchtower was wrong about Jesus coming in 1914.

  That doesnt prove however that Jesus will never come, just because the Dubs fullfilled a pre-arrival scripture saying he was there out in the wilderness, where no one can see him, (invisible presence).

  Now if Jesus didnt come in 1914, maybe all those early annointed dubs who will probably have died of old age by the time he really does come, werent annointed at all, even the "Great crowd" off early Witnesses, are not really the Great crowd for Revelation 7 v 14 says they come out of the Great Tribulation, if you allready died of old age how can you come out of the Great Tribulation?

  But if Jesus is coming soon, he is going to be collecting and annointing people for salvation, hense, and in all false religions, Jesus is searching out and annointing his own ready for his arrival, thats why annointed ones are increasing, except these ones are more likely to be the genuine ones than those pre-mature ones.

  The scripture about the evil slave turning on his brothers due to the "delay" in the Masters arrival also seem to be being fullfilled by the dubs.

  And the leaves of the trees are for the curing of the nations, (or something).

  Theres a lot of folk about who claim cannabis is a miracle drug that along with many serious disorders can also cure cancer.

  Not by smoking but by ingesting cannabis oil or Hemp oil, thats not Hemp seed oil by the way which I take every day as its about the highest source of Omega 3 I understand, but doesnt contain the TFC or whatever the good bit is called.

  One of the reasons why this otherwise free mircale drug is so demonised, is a lot of money would be lost by the pharmaceutical trade.

  Same as here in the UK, 80% dont bother voting because they are clever enough to have figured out that the two choices we are given, are really the same party, just with a differant set of puppets as the front men, the Bible calls the hidden hand, Babylon the Great, The Wizard of Oz calls him the man behind the curtain.

  Of course those 80% are not clever enough, else they would get together and vote for some other candidate that would represent the peoples and the constitution of the United States rather than the International financial Elite that pay the advertising fees you mentioned in order to get their man in.

  Fb status of a Young JW Mom. Sooo Sick!

  can't believe that we made it through the whole assembly, **** wasn't feeling good last night, has a cold, was pretty cranky, then he seemed fine and minutes later im making a bowl with my hands for him to throw up in while we are sitting (the joys of parenthood) then into a plastic bag, then very quickly ran to the bathroom for even more throwing up, but suprisingly we stayed for the rest of the day.

  trying to think of a response.

  i am not "out" on fb soooo sick from this i wanna throw up myself...poor children!.

  For those that can remember, when Billy Idol's Rebel Yell came on, did clubs/parties go bananas?

  those of you who were young back then(no offense), was that song guranteed to inject adrenaline into a party or a club?.

  Funny enough a few weeks back there were job openings and I even e-mailed a member of this site an application form.

  I work at the Houses of Parliament in Great Britain.

  A few months back I was sitting alone in a smoking area having a fag when this man comes out for a fag too, he didnt work there but looked somewhat familiar to me and he had said hello, so I said, "are you someone famous"?, he said, "no..........my names Fergal" in a strong Irish Accent, so there I was, having a fag with Fergal Sharky, I also said, "you couldnt sing "Teenage kicks" for me could yer", he replied, " your right, I couldnt".

  Ive had Kate Moss look at me and coyly say, "Hi", I replied, "Hi". (Perhaps she could tell I was from Croydon).

  Earlier this year I was told Desmond Tutu was due in and I was to take him to a commitee room, of course as is the way, the big wigs took it upon themselves to do the task I had been assigned, so just got to see him in passing.

  During the anti-Iraq war demonstration, British Weather girl Sian Lloyd needed to use a tiolet, she was going out with an MP I was friendly with at the time, so I had the pleasure of escorting her through the building to the Ladies.

  Margaret Thatcher stopped to ask me how I was once.

  Lots and lots of famous people I get to see, but its only of interest to me when I can have a chat with them.

  When a practising Dub, I never for a minute considered I was annointed.

  Its only looking back and understanding what the scriptures really say that makes me belive maybe I am.

  You see, I didnt have anything amazing happen or see a sign or anything, or "know", or say Abba.

  What did happen however, is that about half hour after I was Baptised, I felt Holy Spirit pour on the top of my head and run down my body, now isnt that what "annointing" is?, having Holy Spirit poured over you like the old annointing with oil?

  I had and do feel the Holy Spirit on the inside, but that is the only time I ever felt it on the outside.

  Not sure what Iam supposed to do with it though, and I certainly dont feel at all worthy of it and wonder if God made a mistake or something?

  Funny enough, about 3 or 4 weeks ago, Billy Idol came on a tour to my place of employment, so I started chatting to him, about the hideous statue of Margaret Thatcher would you belive.

  He comes across as an intelligent and alltogether decent person. Afterwards he shook my hand.

  I much prefer "White wedding" by the way.
