Your statements reflect how I feel almost exactly, LyinEyes. I am going to read into this also.

Secret WTS Social Agenda
by spaz inthis is a both a departure from the conventional paleo-hellenic concepts of logic to a primitive yet equally tenable principle of,'actions speaking louder than words', and a synopsis.. the wts is but one of many groups which are devoted to the disintergration of the traditional or biblical family structure, via nefarious means, as part of a greater plan that envisions a two-class new world order resembling feudalism.. .
the philosophic means to achieve this state is non-biblical.
the wts repudiates the christian principle of "loving your neighbour as yourself " by adopting an altruistic approach which demands to 'love your neighbour above yourself ".

Now you are an old lady in a wheelchair, Spaz?! That's the best yet! Or will you say this is another "parody" like when you claimed to be an elder's wife who molests children?

Thank you, Valis, for posting to following info:
This seems closer to me than anything I have found yet. It also seems to fit the bill for several others who replied on that thread. I need to look into this further.
I agree with:
- reject unconfirmable revelations
- reject religious bigotry
- question authority
- "presence of a superior reasoning power, which is revealed in the incomprehensible universe"
- creation speaks a universal language
- view myself as a part of nature rather than trying to "subdue" or "take domination over" it.
- belief in a God
Not so sure about confining prayers to thanks and praise only (i.e. not being able to ask God for guidance, help, etc.) Perhaps I am misinterpreting this.
Anyone familiar with Deism? Comments? Criticism?
Thanks

Yes. Of course being a JW I believed that no one in the organization would ever lie to me. I also believed the story of a pioneer sister who related that she was driving late at night and suddenly a UFO descended and hovered over her car. She could see aliens looking out of the windows at her. It wasn't until later when she was disfellowshipped that I even contemplated that she might be making the story up.

Twin sisters studying with a ministerial servant in a midwest congregation saw the movie "Amityville Horror" in the theater and were very frightened. They called Brother J. to come get them after the movie and Elder H. was called to pick them up. The plan was to bring them back to Brother J.'s house and both brothers would pray over them.
During the car ride, the rear car door flew open to the screaming of the twin sisters. Elder H. pulled the car over to shut the door and lock it. Again, a mile later, the door flew open. Arriving at Brother J.'s house, the twin sisters were invited to sit at the dining room table and read scripture. One of the sisters was handed a Bible and asked to turn to a passage. Upon lifting the bible, the sister excalimed: "It's hot!" and dropped the Bible. Smoke emitted from the NWT and the sister showed burn marks on her hands. Then, a daughter of Brother J. came out of her bedroom. A shoe picked itself off of the floor in the room and hit the daughter on the head. The other daughter was in the bathroom at this time, and the figure of a man jumped out of the shower and scared her senseless.
I heard this story from Elder H. as he told it as we sat around a campfire late at night. In my congregation, "demons" were frequently seen by many and these stories were told. Of course, the remedy was to shout out "Jehovah! Jehovah!" which would send the demon running scared.
When I left the Witnesses, the demons were blamed, and even presents that I sent to my family were considered to be "demonized" and would induce supernatural dreams. These items were burned by my family.
