Does the Governing Body already know that Jehovah (the name) came from Babylon the Great?

i'll start by stating the obvious... according to the watchtower, the catholic church is a huge part of babylon the great which is led by satan and his demons.

raymundus martini, a catholic monk (who "represents" babylon the great to some extent), woke up one day in the 13th century and decided to alter yhwh so it can be easily pronounced.

hence the spanish-ish version of yhwh was created... jehova... (sounds something like this in spanish: heh-o-va).

Isn't that true for every other name that appears in the Bible? All the Hebrew names of the Bible were latinsed during the middle ages by Catholic churches or other groups where Y was being replaced by J. Yeshua, became Iesus and then became Jesu / Jesus during the use of the King James Bible in 1611 and thereafter.

All the names in the Bible that are now used are not the original pronunciations, but the English language versions of those. Not sure why Jehovah should be treated differently. Biblical names evolved and were latinised during the time when Catholics were a majority and that why the Latinised names have come from them.

Obviously, it would be difficult to verify if he exactly said those words. But don't you think that this group of 23 JW's who survived the horrors of the Dachau Nazi Concentration camp would have encouraged one another while there? or uplifted or helped each other while undergoing the punishment? These are old timer JW's who were staunch believers of their faith.

not because they haven't been witnessed to but who is going to manufacture all the stuff for the survivors?

textiles and clothing, building materials, electrical components, air-conditioner for those living in the tropics and spacer heaters for those living in colder climes.

not to mention video equipment and computer tablets so that the survivors can watch the gb updates (though may they've gone to heaven but i'm sure there'll be plenty of the 'gb helpers', the next rank down, left).

Lol. Why would you need the Chinese if everyone is perfect with limitless capabilities? We may have better facilities there than what we have now and maybe will achieve stuff in a few years which took thousands of years to figure out as imperfect individuals.

There is never a need to resign due to ill health.

There are elders who remained elders even though they were rendered immobile and bedridden till their death. Our previous PO suffered a stroke and remained bedridden for 20 years. While another elder was appointed as the presiding overseer, this man still remained an elder till his death, even though he couldn't do any work.

Not sure the youtube claims are legit. Actually the name of the organization is The Norwegian Gambling and Foundation Authority. (Norwegian : Lotteri- og stiftelsestilsynet)

The Gambling Authority looks after gambling and horse racing, while the Foundation authority looks after the work of foundations and voluntary associations in Norway.

Both are separate - the foundations and NPO's, NGO's are regulated by the Foundations Act while Gambling is regulated by the Gaming Act of Norway.

would he be working on the massive audio/visual complex being built at ramapo?.

i overheard my wife listening to some update broadcast this morning and immediately thought would a true humanitarian such as jesus, mahatma gandhi or albert schweitzer be at all interested in such things?

these were 'people' persons not interesting in the stupid trappings of life.. if the gb were to sanction the building of hospitals, orphanages, refugee centers and the like, maybe we would have a little more respect for them but this ramapo project seems like a sense waste of time, energy and money.
