i'm glad it's not just me.. i think my jw friend has been embarrassed one time too many with wt historical facts and so now he has asked me to help him understand my concerns and present him with some research that validates it.
They can't get rid of 1914 because it's central to them... 1919 God chooses them to be FDS...so.. no 1914 no 1919..
back to "who really is FDS" .. that's a lot of splainin' to do .. they don't have the ability to rework everything! lol .. they're stuck with it

how do we reconcile those bullshits being told at the meetings about how jehovah's eyes are upon us and how his figurative wings serves as protection to those who are destitute with the condition of these sickly sudanese refugees at this camp.. .

i read somewhere that 99+% of all species that ever existed on earth are extinct.. these species appeared, thrived, declined and perished.. now we are on top of the food chain like a drunk on a mechanical bull in billy bob's bar hanging on for dear life!.
humans require more than survival!.
we also need comfort, a sense of well-being, freedom to make a wide variety of choices about our lives and particularly:.

i read somewhere that 99+% of all species that ever existed on earth are extinct.. these species appeared, thrived, declined and perished.. now we are on top of the food chain like a drunk on a mechanical bull in billy bob's bar hanging on for dear life!.
we look behind us at the extinct ones and wonder what advantage we might exercise to stay on that bucking bull without falling off.. .
