in a Petri dish no known pathogen can survive in the presence of CS. Even the antibiotic resistant super bugs
Many metals have antimicrobial properties. They are poisons. Life has evolved a dizzying set of adaptations to neutralize these metals. In microbial examples they have even evolved to weaponize metals like arsenic. Common metals like copper, arsenic and silver have been successfully used in medicine and industry due to this toxic character. However, its self-evident that the use of toxic metals must be done with caution and knowledge of long-term effects to the organism and the environment. Silver for example can and is used successfully for topical antibiotic effect. It is used in sterilization of the air on the space station for example. However bacterial resistance is eventually inevitable in a closed loop such as on the station.

Silver is an element that has no biological use in humans. It can be tolerated in low concentrations and is generally excreted from the body through urine. It has not been shown to be effective for any health benefit when ingested. Prolonged exposure results in a slew of medical conditions including enlarged heart, neurological and brain disfunction.

There is no regulation of dosage or potency in the psuedo-pharmaceutical market.
Make of that what you will.
Also, FYI the Russian and Chinese vaccines use the older technology of an inactivated virus to trigger an immune response. These have shown much lower efficacy. China is now seeking the technology to use the new mRNA approach.
