thx lamallcool looks like a good translation and they havent replaced "Lord" in the new testament with Jehovah as the NWT did.

SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED THE MOVIE AND YOU PLAN TO DONT READ THIS POST
In my opinion the next:
Well that was a good movie. It's easy to read WTSisms into it and the demonization of the "outside wood"(world) seemed somehow oh so familiar.
I was mildly suprised with the outside modern world. Think how many people who are like that Walker"Watchtower!!" ranger who come across ones who have escaped or been banished from JW, we really must seem like we are from another planet or the past.
The lead character Ivy was brilliant and i just coudnt place her tho she looked familiar untill i googled her and hello! she looks like her dad Ron Howard.
I had to think that even when she knew the story was not true, that the elders lied she was still scared out in the woods.Have you felt like that too? knowing the truth about the WTS it still gives me moments of doubt and anguish. I gotta get to the Towns!

many do not react well when awakened suddenly.
a gentle approach is usually preferred.

Its like there is a hair trigger set up in their mind that triggers mind shutters on the slightest thing that doesn't sound right to them.
I know back in the day if i came across something apostate (normal free thought stuff Now cause i know) i could sniff it a mile away.You know the taste of your Kool-aid and cant be tricked by another type.
The way to them is from the inside out, they are a religion of followers of an Organization and cannot free think for themselves(mostly) but need to see irefutable evidence ie UN scandle from the UN and Newspapers to question the actions of this org they have invested their life in.
as exwhyzee says tread very, very lightly or else the shutters come up!
