here is a scan from the dec 15 09 wt (study ed) with a graph of how a witness should apportion their time to remain joyful.. .

so according to this graph, to remain joyful a witness should spend 3 times as much of his waking hours in 'theocratic activities' as he should in secular work!

Yep, Mrs Ozzie and I are still alive, just! No, seriously, Mrs Ozzie has health issues and this is giving life a new focus. Still, the old Ozzie's still as passionate as ever about the real "troof"™.

Sadly, the Ex-JWs Group that heretic was co-ordinating has gone into hibernation. I guess people have found that the real life out of the borg can be just as busy and fulfilling as the Borgmeisters told them the "New World Society"™ was!!!

i was asked what i thought when i saw all the bad things going on in the world and about how close we are to the end.

i replied "jeff, i simply do not believe that it's going to happen in my life time.

" he was momentarily stunned and said "well, when have things ever been this bad before?

I'm amazed! An elder coming to see ya and by himself. Hmm...interesting. Perhaps they've been told to make 'a special effort'?

I've often wondered what happened to those elder visits that were supposed to be made every year to the DF. I don't know whether to think you're fotunate or not , heck we haven't had a visit in 11 years ....thank God!!!
