  If we are further away from perfection, why are we more moral?

  as we know, witnesses teach that adam and eve were perfect and then committed the first act of sin and rebellion.. they in turn were cursed,and we all declined as their offspring.

  humans supposedly lived shorter and shorter lives, and became more imperfect and sinful.. the further away in time humans go then, they should be getting worse.

  so why is it then that as a society, humans have actually improved in so many ways?.

  i used to dread seeing a witness coming toward me.

  now i am quite comfortable and hope that they may say something to me..... does your blood pressure rise when you see a jw coming toward you?

  There are some JW`s who get along just fine here..

  Then we get the odd Assh*le who starts out, by attacking other posters.

  

  Outlaw says JWs do not concern him since they just stand around literature carts. He then ridicules those who do it, even inserting a $ sign where it doesn't belong, implying someone is making a buck off the cart's contents, when in fact, they are giving it away..

  i know that this is old but going through and posting about every lawsuit that i can find in this decade with watchtower either good or bad if it has not already been posted.

  this lawsuit was brought in the federal district court for the eastern district of louisana.

  it involves a family whose mother had died at a district convention in 2011. the mother, patsy, was descending stairs at the convention which was held at the mitchell center in mobile, alabama when she fell and was fatally injured.

  Watchtower filed a motion for summary judgment based on the fact that they don't have any dealings with the conventions and cannot be held liable for anything done at the conventions.

  The court ruled that Watchtower did not have any dealings with the District Convention and could not be held liable for any actions that occurred at such an event, so it Watchtower was granted their motion.

  So Watchtower lied, the courts bought the lie..
  

  Watchtower is rewarded for lying..
