I see in modern times that the change desired is one that the activists attempt on through political change. That is to say, the activists desire the change be imposed through government sanctioned violence. Either change or go to prison or worse.
That is why activism is failing and will continue to fail. If you cannot change minds there will be no change. The whole idea of government imposed social change on what some refer to as "racism" is one that cannot exist in reality.
