i was just wondering,,will those who are being sent back to the field:) have to fend for themselves like a reg publisher...ie get a job, pay rent, get a 4 door car, etc?

if so, that truly will be so very hard for them,,,not much call for a 3 piece-suit janitor.... have any heard any info regarding that angle?

Rutherford's wife, why the info blackout?

rutherford ruled the watchtower organization from 1916 to 1942, traveled extensively, had several residences, most notably, beth sarim.

but absent always was his wife, mary, not to mention his son, malcolm as well.. ok, rutherford was so well known, why did no one inquire about his son and wife?.

when rutherford resided at beth sarim in san diego, why was his wife not there with him?

update on visit with my son (not seen for 8 yrs)

well, he just called my shop and left msg....to wish me a good season, or something like that,,,,,have only listened to it 10 times,,,ahhaha think i would remember.

plus my only brother called on thurs day ( not seen for 14 yrs) from winnipeg and said he was leaving on fri morning to visit me for xmas, should be here any minute,,,(never a jw).

and a niece (not jw) i havent seen in about 8 yrs also, came to my shop to visit me,,,,she is not speaking with her parents, mom is a born again pentacostal and was shoving religion down her throat..... wow it is a wonderful christmas for me,,,finally.

thank you double edge,,,it has been more than wonderful,,maybe a bit of karma,,maybe a bit of what goes around comes around,,,,,it has been hard, very hard for me,,,i lost 4 chidlren to the wts when i left,,and they are coming to me now,,,,,,,i am so happy

well as i mentioned in an earlier post, i am now speaking with my absent son of 9 yrs, and i was thinking .

i have all his childhood photos, etc and i thought i should/could make a scrapbook for him, he is 25 and i know it is not a guy thing, but he also has a g/f who might appreciate..... any here do this, i never have and would love some imput about where to start,,,thanks girls:).
