in the previous thread of this series, i called lurkers attention to the need of being discreet when contemplating an exit from the jw religion.

i mentioned that the thread was borne as a result of the general observations i made reading old posts here and discussing with many ex-jws and their lives have gradually turned out.

that thread alone was visited more than 2,980 times and graced with 204 contributions.

i beginning to think that this would be a good way of thinking, a totally righteous being would not let all the shit that is happenning to people prevail, this being cannot have the best interests of man as his first priority, it's all about ego and no matter how the human familty suffers, he hates pretty much everyone, as the tv show says, your fired, let's get a better god, one who at least gives everyone a chance!!.

i welcome comments from god apologists, to at least have an argument as to why they put they're faith in someone that does'nt give a shit about them!.

Blood Transfusion?

considering the latest questions from readers article on blood transfusion, i was wondering what the feelings are among this forums participants about blood transfusion.

over the years the society has been receiving a growing amount of letters on the subject of blood and blood transfusion.

any interesting biblical perspectives here about whether "abstain from blood" means abstain from blood transfusion?

Knowing that most children born don't believe in God in their later years in this life it is better ( to use this loophole in the Law ) to avoid blood transfusion and have your child die now and later for him to be raised in the Paradise and have a chance to live forever .

If I were not to believe in God as an old person it would have been better for me to die as a child as a result of refusing the blood transfusion than to continue my living .

If you don't believe the Bible now it would be better off if you had died as a child.

That is all based on sick twisted JW doctrine. They teach that our sins are aquitted at death and that the dead are resurrected after the Great Tribulation and Armageddon while we living are all facing tests at the Great Tribulation, Armageddon, etc.

As a Christian that was formerly a JW and has my family still in, I am apalled at the belief, as are all non-JWs, Christian and non-Christian that I have told of this.

Yes, there was a short time when I loved Jesus Christ but didn't have the rest figured out yet. I have still found nothing wrong with Jesus. So to answer the OP, no I don't hate God, for I have found that the Almighty God is Jesus Christ. Oh how I love Him.

Genesis 30:37-39. This is just totally bizarre. Jacob wanted his herd to have stripes and speckles so what he thought could achieve this was that if he put a sheet with painted patterns in front of the animals when they mate, they will bear offspring with patterns... and guess what?? IT WORKED!! ok... how do they explain that?? This is ridiculous to a scientifically-minded individual, isn't it? Like water turning into wine, or a man walking on water, or words quieting a storm, or a person having no fear of death.
