  A biography of John Adam Bohnet starts on page 261 of Separate Identity, volume 2. Much of that story was derived from his personal memoir found in: How Pilgrim Bohnet Got “Present Truth,” The St. Paul, Minnesota, Enterprise, August 15, 1915. Most all issues of the Enterprise are held by the Minnesota State Historical Society. It is on microfilm.

  where do i live?.

  people say: cowtown.

  i say: it ain't.. i've lived in fort worth all but ten of my seventy-five years.. nobody ever asked me why fort worth is called cow town.. i would guess it is self-evident.. how many of us who live in fort worth realize those two words are gleaming with history?.

  Benjamin H. Barton was a Watch Tower pilgrim, a traveling evangelist/speaker. He was one of the Americans Russell sent off to England to visit congregations there. He is briefly mentioned in Separate Identity vol 2. An early Watch Tower says he was one of the first Elders in Philadelphia.
