What would it take for the exJW community to back off and let LE be?

For me, as a minimum he'd have to agree to have no further involvement with CSA issues - the gross hypocrisy is just too much. His behaviour is the tar we'll all be brushed with in the eyes of any JW who comes across him. I'm amazed WT haven't made coded references to him yet.

He'd also need to apologise for the divisions he's caused thanks to his bullying, egocentric behaviour.

How many activists have given up in the face of his aggression or not even started because he's sucked up all the oxygen in the room?

He'd also need to apologise specifically and individually to Kim and the others he smeared as "criminal defendants". Also to Kim & Mikey for doxxing them (no doubt there are others but I simply don't have all the information). I can't imagine the stress levels he's inflicted on anyone who got in his way.

And I suppose he'd need to actually ask us to forgive him.

Nicolaou , well as has been pointed out things like Jesus walking on water were counted as miracles because people knew that scientifically this was impossible.

If it's impossible Jan, why believe it happened? I used to be a believer too so I know the answer to my own question - faith.

Faith is the problem, it gives otherwise rational, sensible people permission to believe the absurd.

We owe it to ourselves and our children to slay this beast.

Are you saying miracles happened or not? You post a childish laughing emoji in response to a foolproof scientific argument against a specific miracle (walking on water) but then in the next sentence you agree that they are impossible.

James Barrett cover up

hey i’m new here and looking for possible information if anyone can help?.

there have been previous chats are here regarding the james barrett child abuse cover up in rugby congregation over 20 years ago.

another name has now come to my attention that of michael (mick) pickard of asking young boys very inappropriate question and then leaving them with a much older boy who was “confused” by his sexual orientation who would then abuse them.

I know both of these guys. Barrett was a real piece of work and was rightly convicted. It's probably too late to edit your post but I've never heard anything against MP - hope you aren't ruining an innocent man's reputation.
