we were waiting for my mother in law to come out of surgery.not much was talked about on "spiritual" matters (since i haven't been to a meeting in years).however, i got to hear about :government conspiracies to shut down alternative energy.. gmos are bad.

In the 90s, the most I ever donated was $20 - which was a very rare occasion. This probably explains why no one follows up on my fade. I did not create sufficient value to care about.

My strong recommendation is not to buy any green bananas. That is how close we are at the end of this system.

But then again, I forgot to ask who is the king of the north? Who will turn against Babylon the Great? When and How? There are so many things I am looking forward to as we progress towards this ending date. I think my green bananas will ripen.

No more eating children with the rod??

so a friend of mine who is still in and knows i am disassociated sent me an email saying the following, "hey, did you see the new article about disciplining your children?????

there is not one single outright mention of beating your kids anymore.

no mention of the r"rod of discipline"!

After the movie Alive, I had numerous conversations with my children about who I would eat first (if we were ever stranded in the Andes mountains. I guess that option is no longer available to me.

Why do religious people make claims and then refuse to back them up?

several times over the past few months i have had conversations, both here and in real life, with religious people making all sorts of interesting and conflicting claims.

i like to know how things work, so generally i will ask questions to net out what i am being told and see if it can be explained and make sense.. for instance, if someone said 2+2=4 and i asked how, there are a variety of ways that could be shown to me, a number line, physical objects being put together, counting on fingers and toes, etc.

indeed, in my personal life, i often have to explain how certain technologies work, sometimes planned, sometimes off the cuff, from a variety of group sizes to a varying degree of technical expertise.
