  do they still make family movies?

  it look like things that get produced these days by holyywood filled with f word, sex, violence, drug use and hurling.

  no movies hardly to take your kids to or that a christian can watch.

  I am not referring to the blood and gore harem scarem can't sleep that nite movies. I don't care for those either. There are movies in which there are villians, and then they are caught and justice is served.

  what bible you been readin? the bible contain violence but it dont glorify it. the bible dont approve of all violence contain in it

  It didn't glorify David killing Goliath? It didn't glorify Pharoh and his men drowning? It didn't glorify Samson, ect., ect., ect. what Bible have you been reading?

  The movies generally have the "good-guys" winning in the end, they aren't glorifying violence.

  we had a whole list of shows we were not allowed to watch including 'speed racer', you'll never guess why.

  it was beacuse in the theme song it says "he's a demon on wheels" but then my mother was a jw fanatic lol.

  Thank goodness for Nick at Nite many of these shows are shown there. I watched Bewitch the other day and you know what? The tv didn't turn itself back on when I turned it off.

  last night, after my post regarding ray franz comments of bill bowen's posted statements, i received a good number of email and phone calls.

  one item consistently surfaced regarding ray's assignment to write the chapter in the book, organization for kingdom preaching and disciple-making, by the title of safeguarding the cleanness of the congregation.

  in the chapter, the "two witness" rule was outlined.

  Amazing, thank you for taking the time to clarify things for those who have wondered about R. Franz's role in the two witness issue. I can't picture him in a negative role regarding this. His books brought a lot of things to light for me. I was finally able to settle issues that tormented me when it was time to say I was through. I was able to walk away from a cult - guilt free.

  well, tomorrow's the big day........i'm nervous but i just want the surgery over with.
