Is there anyway to get a consistent high level leak....????

i often wonder if anyone has a good consistent leak from the top level of the wtbts.

if not how can we get one, one with high level clearance.

they can't want much, probably just another $110 per month or whatever they are getting now, times are tough.. nothing would shake the borg more than consistent correct information coming out early via the internet.. nothing is sacred, all is revealed through a well hidden leak.. mtm.

Pay Attention book.

just wondering if anyone has a pdf of the most recent "elder's manual" i have a pdf of the '91 version, but i'm sure there's been plenty of new lighttm since then..

@Shador - Having been an elder for too many years before waking up, and studying both books side by side, I can tell you that there is some interesting small differences, but mostly just an updating of policies and procedures.

There are some more rules mentioning the pervier new stuff like phone sex, internet porn, sexting, etc. Everything has been classified down to the tenth of the mint and the dill. ELders just follow it 1 2 3 4 5 6 and bingo they have a decision!

Telling family / friends about researching JW religion

when a jw husband of a friend of mine found out that she had been researching online about jehovah's witnesses , he described it as a "breach of trust" and a legitimate reason to break up the marriage (or at least separate , citing the wtbts "spiritual danger clause").. thankfully my own wife has been more understanding but is this kind of reaction common?

and is it in some way justified on the basis that snooping around online , talking to others on messageboards , not from day one telling one's mate etc is perhaps dishonest?

Well almost WORD FOR WORD that's what my wife said- it has been an enormous strain and everyday I try to be a good husband and she has noticed it and things have gotten a a little bit better. But I'm not out of the woods by a long shot I know that.

@outsmartthesystem - Wifey wants me to do the same thing- "talk with the elders, they will help you". I said yeah they will help me out the door and spiritually execute me- is that what you want? They will ask me loyalty questions and that'll be it.

Then I explained to her that they are ignorant of the problems to begin with, haven't read CoC, etc. so how would they be able to help me when they don't have a frame of reference and I already know exactly what they will say to me to "refute" the problems I have with the bOrg?

I remember the first time I heard an "anti-JW" song...I was out in service, it was probably 1987, and we were doing an RV on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Someone downstairs put on this really loud country song, very twangy. And it was distracting, and then all of the sudden I realized that the name Jehovah was in the song and then I really started to listen, and they were saying things like "Jesus is Jehovah" and "You come by with your WTs confusing, the Bible you are abusing, cause Jesus is Jeeeeehoooovahhhhh..."

When we got back to the car I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. The very notion of making a song like that just seemed incomprehensible to me.
