  Have you had Dreams Lately ? Do you get Meanings from your Dreams?

  being very interested in psychology i read a book as a teenager and re-read it last year called " gestalt therapy verbatim " by frederick perls m.d.

  ph, d. .

  it deals with dreamwork therapy in which he conducted seminars helping people to re-connect with subconscious parts of themselves by recounting their dreams .

  I certainly believe dreams mean something.

  I often have similar dreams and while i was going through the time of my disfellowshipping i had some pretty cool dreams. Here was one:

  I dreamt I was in the main highstreet in my town and i was preaching with my fellow JW friends. Suddenly they all turned on me and started chasing me, shouting at me and trying to grab hold of me. I knew it was because they knew i was not longer acceptable to be one of them. Heres the fun part: As in most of my dreams lately, i have developed an amazing ability to jump very far and very high without hurting myself. I remember that the chase led to me running and jumping completely out of their reach up on the top of a 3 storey building. From there I looked down at them and smiled, happily eluding their grasp. I CERTAINLY believe this has meaning.

  The JWs stand for the organisation.

  The trying to grasp me meant their authority over me.

  My ability to jump is my freedom and my desire to be liberated.

  probably this topic has been dealt with before, but i'm relatively new here, so perhaps y'all will be willing to indulge me in my pursuit for clarity.

  regarding the anointed, the gb recently said this: .

  "we thus have no way of knowing the exact number of anointed ones on earth; nor do we need to know.

  Sorry to deviate from the thread 00DAD, but regarding my previous post then, why do the GB not care about keeping track of these annointed ones if they are so important? What is the motive of this decision? Is it power????

  Here is an interesting point for consideration:

  The GB LOVE to be organised! The terms 'organized', 'organization', 'organize' comes up about 22,000 times on the WT library. They are so interested in keeping files and records on EVERY SINGLE rank and file member, yet for some reason "The Governing Body does not keep a list of all partakers". HOW COULD THEY MISS THIS GROUP OUT? I would have thought keeping a list of these ones would be of most importance to such an organised group.

  Man , i feel like a woman!!!

  i like that song so much and i was thinking about myself.... im 29 and i took the desition to have sex with my boyfriend and ... man, i feel like a woman!!

  im enjoying it without guilt.

  i dunno if im right or wrong but at this point of my life i need this and im happy .

  Hilarious "wardrobe worksheet" in new YPA book!

  during a quiet moment i picked the latest ypa book down from my bookshelf.

  it's pretty much stayed there since my relatives came back from the latest convention.

  i couldn't bring myself to see the extent to which the society is now trying to claw its way into the lives of teenagers.

  Cedars... i totaly agree! No stupid rules for me anymore. If ever i had kids too (if that will be possible) i will never subject them to such things either. Also, I have begun to search for new things and styles now im no longer a JW. Im thinking of dying my hair, wearing cool clothes, and spiking my hair like i want. Its great... the possibilities are endless and best of all... i dont have some goon on my back telling me my style is innapropriate! :)

  HAHA.... CRINGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Yep... sounds about right! Flippin eck... Its funny when i read the new testament and i read that Jesus came to remove all the petty little laws and rules. It was the pharisees who were insistent on all the little things that made no difference whatsoever!

  I must say... all these little rules and stuff really got me down. It seems silly but i hated the fact i couldnt have a beard, i couldnt wear whacky clothes, spike my hair up, not wear a tie, have my top button undone, relax and slouch at meetings etc. So many stupid little pharisaical laws! GROAN!!!

  Oh how fabulous! I play Venus and Neptune on the flute! Mercury is very tough as its too quick! Neptune is DEFINATELY my favourite!

  the longer you spend away from the organisation, the more utterly cringeworthy this term sounds when you hear it.. like they are all one big happy family.

  I dislike the words, "faithful and discreet slave" for some reason!
