Ohio i really felt your pain when reading about losing your beloved pet! I was in tears. I lost my dog ''Gertie'' 6 years ago and there's not a day that goes by without me filling up and missing her... I am comforted in the fact that the ''Most Holy one of Isreal'' will return the earth to it's former state and i will have Gertie back. For the moment you have your memories and if it helps look at some photos and cry until you can cry no more. To cry and release that emotion is very healing. No one on here thinks your stupid, all those that have loved and lost pets know the pain you are enduring and can totally emphathize.

AGuest makes me feel very uneasy.

I have to say that Shelby is one of the most loving, kind, sweet, generous, all out fabulous person i have come to know! There is nothing ''uneasy'' about her! Perhaps she wrote something that tugged at your heart and your putting it down to ''uneasiness''?? I don't know, i don't know you...It's just a thought. The dubs make me uneasy with there unloving, vicious, spiteful, narcissitic personalities!

all these women were prostitutes who listed ads on craigslist.

the story of a little old lady who loved god

heard an interesting story today of a little old lady in her nineties.

the poor old dear had been in hospitial very poorly for a few months but as soon as she was discharged, even though she was still very weak,.

she told her daughter "i must go to church on sunday".

What drove you? Love or Fear?

this has probably been discussed here before, but i'm new so sue me.. i think the religion of jehovah's witnesses has been an amazing but tragic social experiment proving that the mind is most vulnerable to brainwashing when it's in an unhealthy state.

it seems to attract the bipolar, schizophrenic, depressive, and the paranoid.

it preys on negative emotions like sorrow and fear.

I was 3 when my parents joined. With my parents it was fear that enticed them and kept them in.

I was kept in due to fear... Wow did i fear! My whole life was fearful...Being out of the borg makes you realize how much hold they had over you with negative emotions.

Maybe that's why this religion doesn't seem to work well on people with healthy minds and/or above average IQ's.

My SIL brother is in Mensa and a hard core dub elder...It makes me wonder why he never questioned it! I knew quite a few with a University degree and they were hardcore. I don't think it has anything to do with intelligence, i think they get you when you are vunerable and put their evil hooks in to drip feed you the kool aid.

We had a £3 nasty tealight from a family that came to our wedding! We had a gift list and all of Carrots cong bought us the market version of the original gifts we wanted. I do laugh about it now! Lol

Kiss the Bride

Oh my goodness i completely forgot...We didn't have a ''kiss the bride'' kiss. We said our vows and then we were introduced as bro and sis carrot. Which really infruiated me as i was mrs carrot, not sis carrot! Then we were dragged into the back to sign the register. What utter idiots!

Exwhyzee that story was hilarious. As i was reading it i was picturing it happening, only with the dubs i kow! Lol

I refused a typical dub wedding! They always made me cringe...I got married in the kingdumb hell and the bro giving the talk gave us the whole ''the wife is submissive and the husband is the head'' crap! I wanted to write my own vows but i wasn't allowed, perhaps they thought i would say something rude! Lol. My sister was chief bridemaid and didn't go to meetings anymore and a problem that caused. I wouldn't back down and insisted that it was my wedding and i wanted my sister to be part of it. At the ceremony hardly any witnesses came and the hall was virtually empty. All because my sister was bridesmaid! They came for the free food and booze though! We had our reception at a nice hotel with a sit down meal and a party afterwards where the others guests came... Problem was we found out a week before the wedding that my FIL had cancelled the DJ and had deceided to do it himself! As you can imagine my wrath was immense! On the day when we walked in the ballroom all his equipment was missing! Someone had stolen it! My sisters then boyfriend came to the rescue with his equipment and the younsters had great fun on the night playing DJ. So it turned out ok. Oh and for our first dance we had ''Metallica's nothing else matters''....

Did anyone else have the bro giving your wedding talk ask you rather inappropriate questions on whether you have touched each other where you shouldn't have?? It was a printout given to the elders giving the wedding talks with all these questions on. Apparently it was to guilt the couple into confessing so a JC could be formed! How sick!
