i have a friend who met with a couple of elders recently and i was told things went well, no issues.
well a couple weeks later they stopped by my friends place, ( just to say hi ) right before they left they said, " hey can we meet again?
my friend said, " sure ".
"He/she could attend and ask them at the start "is this a JC?" If they confirm tell them they haven't followed procedure and you have right to know the charge in advance and walk out."
Have the phone number for the branch and phone it in front of them, tell the branch elders A, B, and C haven't followed procedure and that you are
going to see your lawyer.

i have.. i hadn't even realised it until i had a conversation with my brother last summer.
our dad was a proffesional man who could command a good income whilst he worked.
trouble is, that he would listen to all the 1975 "end of the system" nonesense and then become motivated to serve where the need was great.

this is what really pi$$es me off. He has the gall to stand up and criticize hard working pioneers for using a credit card. We had a CO like this a few
years back. I knew of him when I was a teenager. A rich kid and daddy made sure he never went without. He came to our hall, no one but me
knew of his background and he LIED about the area of the country where he came from and never said much about his family.
He was telling many in the congregation to quit their jobs sell their houses and Jah would provide. Look at me he said. Jah provides. The funny
thing is we weren't told the whole story that his poppa was a rich businessman from another city and that the CO was a "consultant" in his fathers
business.

I'm not near to this circuit but I should take note of the expenses reported at my own SAD and CA and then cross check them with what they report on their taxes for the year.
