NASHUA, NH--Pastor Bob Snowdon, of Holy Christ Almighty Lutheran Church in Nashua, is a man of deep religious and moral convictions. He derives great satisfaction from his various parish duties--reciting the liturgy, giving holy communion, and performing the sacrament of baptism. But nothing delights him quite like his favorite activity of all: ........ Emily Snowdon, his holy-wedded wife of 19 years.Above: Pastor Bob Snowdon.
"The Holy Bible sanctifies the bond between a man and a woman in matrimony as a sacred union," Snowdon said. "And there is nothing so smiled upon by our Lord than the love and caring that is shared when a man ....... his lawfully wedded bride. Just thinking about it makes me want to zip home for a few minutes and .... Emily right now."According to the 53-year-old "Pastor Bob," even though he typically ....... his wife twice each morning, he still very much looks forward to .......her again when he gets home.
"After a long, hard day of worshiping in the house of our Lord, tending to the emotional needs of my parishioners, and visiting the sick and elderly so that they too might know in their hearts the light of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ," Snowdon said, "there is nothing in this world I enjoy more than coming home and ...... the red out of my wife's hair. I love to give it to her any way she wants it, as hard as she can take it. My favorite is when she climbs on top and jerks her hips up and down on me as she ....."
What's more, it seems that Emily enjoys the ......almost as much as her husband. "I've got to admit it," she said, "I love to get ......"
Emily stressed, however, that the sort of wild ...... in which she and her husband regularly partake is only acceptable when performed within the confines of a church-sanctioned marriage. "I am saddened, deeply saddened, when I hear of the young girls of today, engaging in sexual activities such as heavy petting or necking before they are wedlock-bound," she said. "It is so sad to see the beauty and purity of the act of ....... despoiled by this sort of premarital impropriety. If only these young girls would wait until they have taken the marriage vows and then, and only then, start ....... like there was no tomorrow."
According to Snowdon, some of his favorite places to .... his wife include the pantry, shower, woodshed, basement laundry-room area, living-room sofa, and even, he added with a sly wink, the bedroom. "All of our children are grown now and have families of their own, God bless them," he said, "so we can pretty much .... anywhere we please in the whole darn house."
So enamored is he of his wife......hobby, Snowdon said he would recommend ...... to just about anyone. "So long as the ...... is done within the sacred bond of matrimony, I say, '.... away.'" Snowdon said. "But if you're not married, please, whatever you do, don't .... anybody. An eternity of sin and punishment await those who .... without church sanction."
Though ..... has been a lifelong interest for Snowdon, he stressed that he had faithfully abstained from sex and resisted the intense urge to .... women until his bond with Emily was formally cemented with marital vows before the eyes of God 19 years ago.
"Naturally, before my marriage, I wanted to .... other women: Sally Lindemier, my senior-year prom date; Susan Helgstrom, the receptionist at my parents' church; even Sheila Bernhauser, my old Bible-study teacher. I would have gladly ...... any one of those lovely, God-fearing women. Yet I knew that my fuck-urges were impure and sinful, and that it was my duty as a Christian to resist them until the day of my wedding to my beloved Emily."
"But once I was married, my lust became sanctified in my heart and in the eyes of the Lord," he said. "And, from that day forth, I began ....... the holy heck out of my wife whenever and wherever I could, as often as possible. It is a practice I continue to this day."
"Emily is a good, kind, Christian woman," Snowdon added. "But let there be no mistake: She is also one furious mama, as well."
Pastor Bob and his wife both stressed that, of course, abortion is a terrible sin, as is homosexuality, group sex, anal sex, oral sex, phone sex, pornography, and all forms of contraception.

a number of posts this week drew attention to the pseudo-science of the watchtower organization.
in recent years the wts has not fared much better and clinging to fundamentalist ideas about the age of man, the idea that all of genesis is true only causes problems and serious questions.. i have previously posted thoughts on an archeological find and i thought id mention it again.
the case was the 1991 discovery of the frozen corpse of an ancient man in the italian alps.
Thanks Thirdson, interesting stuff! I was reading about the history of glass and was surprised how long ago it was used! The Romans used it their buildings including some structures in the UK. BUT it was only the 16-17 C. that dwellings in the UK got glass in windows! Like it took a while to catch on........but now you get the full hit. Like double glazing.......making up for lost time!

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -- A man who used Tiger Woods' identity to steal $17,000 worth of goods was sentenced to 200 years-to-life in prison.
Anthony Lemar Taylor was convicted of falsely obtaining a driver's license using the name Eldrick T. Woods, Woods' Social Security number and his birth date.
Though he looks nothing like golf's best player, the 30-year-old Taylor then used the false identification and credit cards to buy a 70-inch TV, stereos and a used luxury car between August 1998 and August 1999.
Judge Michael Virga gave Taylor the maximum sentence under California's three-strikes law Friday.
Taylor's lawyer, James Greiner, said the 200-year term is tantamount to a death sentence and should be reserved for those who injure or kill someone. He urged Virga to sentence Taylor to the minimum 19 years, arguing Taylor's prior crimes have involved theft.
Deputy District Attorney Russ Detrick said the state's three-strikes law was written for criminals like Taylor, who has been convicted of 20 misdemeanor or felony crimes over 17 years.
Greiner accused prosecutors of using Woods' celebrity status to convict Taylor of eight theft and two perjury counts.
"The prosecution had a theory ... to bring Mr. Tiger Woods in here and create a celebrity case and ride that celebrity status to convict Mr. Taylor," Greiner said.
Prosecutors said they treated Woods like any other crime victim, though he was given special courthouse access when he testified in December.
I think ‘3 strikes’ rule works fine for baseball……..although the rosters would be pretty thin if the batters were booted after being K’d.

US parents play dirty when children are on sports fieldFROM LAURA PEEK IN WASHINGTON
AMERICAN parents are so desperate for their children to win sporting events that they are lashing out at coaches, referees and even other parents. The National Alliance for Youth Sports is meeting today to tackle the problem of “sideline rage”. Parental violence on the touchlines is sweeping America, says the alliance, which has recorded brawls, beatings and sabotage at sporting events for children as young as four. The aim of the two-day National Summit on Raising Community Standards in Children’s Sports is to create national guidelines to restrict parental outbursts. Fred Engh, head of the alliance, said that coaches were being intimidated, referees assaulted and children injured by parents. In the worst case a father was beaten to death while supervising his son’s hockey game in Massachusetts last July. Another father is awaiting trial for manslaughter. A man in California was recently sentenced to 45 days in jail for beating up a coach who took his 11-year-old son out of a baseball game. In New Mexico, a dentist sharpened the face guard of his son’s football helmet so that he could slash opposing players. Five players and a referee were injured. In another recent case, a parent poisoned an entire youth football team while trying to get back at a player who had picked on his 12-year-old son. Dr Dan Wann, Professor of Psychology at Murray State University in Kentucky and an expert on spectator violence, who will be addressing the alliance, said: “I have coached, played and umpired and I have a six-year-old in soccer and baseball and I’m just amazed at what I see.”

ok. we ran a thread recently about starting a new religion.. how about we start an international congregation here on the board.. we need 7 elders.
7 being a sign of perfection..er....yeah.. we need ministerial servants.. appointments will be general concensus..er holy spirit i mean.. p.o.
lets start with him.
Deacon.........I should let you know that I can have quite a creative mind, be somewhat childish at times and a sense of humour........so I think I can make up some manic Prophecies! I think I should head up a unit that can pour over complicated passages of scripture, hopefully under the influence, and come up with some some cool, antitypical, allegorical, metaphysical symbolism that rock.
After all any JW cong. needs some weird prophecy stuff.

*** Rbi8 John 8:1-8 ***
8 But Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. 2 At daybreak, however, he again presented himself at the temple, and all the people began coming to him, and he sat down and began to teach them. 3 Now the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught at adultery, and, after standing her in their midst, 4 they said to him: “Teacher, this woman has been caught in the act of committing adultery. 5 In the Law Moses prescribed for us to stone such sort of women. What, really, do you say?” 6 Of course, they were saying this to put him to the test, in order to have something with which to accuse him. But Jesus bent down and began to write with his finger in the ground. 7 When they persisted in asking him,
he straightened up and said to them: “Let the one of YOU that is sinless be the first to throw a stone at her.”
What point was being made by Jesus, regarding those who were clearly worthy of condemnation?
What application does this have with those who would hither to make condemnatory judgements of their fellowmen, i.e. congregational elders?
What does this account mean to you?
What does it/should it mean to the WTS?
Any thoughts?

regardless of scriptural implications, creating special categories of service such as colporteur, pioneer, special pioneer, etc.
was a brilliant move.. the prestige, status and few little perks associated with those committing to being full-time workers is miniscule compensation for their sacrifice of time, lifestyle, income and educational opportunities.. yes, the hour requirements have dropped on several occasions.
how many on the board know that the regular pioneer requirement was once 150 hours a month, then 1200 hours a year, than 1000, now 90-vacation/assembly time?.
I used to Aux pioneer once a year during April or May. It was always a bit of a mad time getting the hours in at weekends etc. I recall making arrangements to pioneer with this married brother who somewhat ignorantly decided to pioneer with another married sister........He got his hours in alright...................! Usually on top of her... They got reproved subsequently.
I thought I might pioneer with her the next year, she obviously could arouse interestand could make her main points stand out, but alas.......she got divorced and DA'd herself, before I could have the pleasure......!

it's 4 a.m. here on the left coast, and while i have always been an early riser, this is ridiculous; but i just have to get some things off my chest.
with the sands of the hourglass down to the last few grains, i want to have a last word with you all.
first, i want to offer my sincere apologies for all the mean and nasty stuff i may have said during the heat of battle.
