here is an idea i tested.
works at both assemblies and conventions.
i have noticed at the last convention and at my last assembly that when i opened up my wifi setting, tons of hotspots came up for people tethering their tablets to their smart phones.
konceptual99: Please let us know how it went!. I think it is a great idea that should be spread more; If I ever go to a convention I will do it just for fun.
I don't want to alarm you, but make sure that you are not accidentally sharing anything by default on your phone like photos (I would try to connect to the phone with another computer and click around to see if anything showed).

Even toilet water can be treated and recycled for showers - it sounds yucky but it happens a fair bit these days; you don't read much about it as the hotels etc. that do it are scared of it putting off the customers. Add to that, new buildings cost less to maintain anyway.

I think everyone knew it would go ahead at some point (as I understand it the money made from sales of existing buildings will fund it and leave something remaining), what's going to be interesting is if any changes will be made to the buildings plans.
