i had an idea for coming up with a standard(ish) set of interview questions which members of the ex-jw community could use to provide insights into their lives as a kind of series (yeah, i was thinking of "interview with a vampire", lol).. anyway, this is the result to show the sort of thing i'm thinking of (applied to myself) and i'd like feedback on the format and the questions as well as who you'd also like to see "interviewed".. feel free to provide your own life story as a separate topic or ask any additional questions that i've missed.
it's not meant to be rigid so questions / themes can be adapted as needed and split / joined as appropriate.
the common questions will hopefully apply to everyone for some consistency and to guide the writing process with additional questions asked that make sense to each subject.. well, here goes .... tell us a little about yourself and your family.. im an independent software developer who grew up in manchester (uk) but now lives in calgary (canada) with my wife angharad and two boys, liam and dylan.

- a rebranding of the religion's organization: just like rutherford rebranded the bible students into jehovah's witnesses,.

Shame on you the Watchtower and Jehovah's Witnesses. The two are identical. Shame on the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Shame on the international Bible Students Association. Thank to the internet, what happens in Asia and Europe will be known in Americas. Is the Watchtower serving the god of truth or the god of lie? I have heard the reports in Australia that Jehovah's Witnesses are not publishers. Somewhere else, they are not ordained ministers. Elders are not representative of the Watchtower. Right? They are indepedent agents, right? Iam grateful the tide is slowly turning against this entreched and enslaving organisation.

Ways to go If you can perhaps takes some photos, that would be appreciated. Please, be on lookout for topics on Education, GB/Organisation worship,Higher Education, and Anti- Apostate, bellicose statements. Also, Be on look out for young people's presence. Compare that to the adult population of attedence. I want to know if young people are less and less represented than the old guards. Do they have Ipads, Amazon kindle? Smart phones? This is important now that the Watchtower is promoting JWG.org. How many baptised?

When someone is an adult say 24 years, she may still be reluctant to come forward. Watchtower pressure through its controling JW Elders,fear of shame,family shunning and other psychoogical factors may becloud the victim's jugdement, will power and courage to come forward and help law enforcement with investigation.

first there was the ministerial training school ( mts), then changed to the school for single brothers.
most recently the school for christian couples (replacing gilead).
all of a sudden news comes out the all these schools are consolidated under one umbrella: the evangelizing school --open to single brothers, single sisters, married couples all the way up to 65 years of age.. i wonder as to the motive behind all these changes this year..

The Watchtower inspite of having enormous riches, does not pay a minimum wage to its graduates. MTS graduates are expected to feed for themselves. When family members volunteer to pay the bill, its consdered a Jehovah's WTB$ blessings. What a shame! The Watchtower live off at the expense of others yet its way rich and selfish.
