  hello everyone..... just registered and want to know what type of folks here are?

  are there are jws still in the so called "truth" lurking or posting here?.

  I thank you for your kind words. Like I said the info you may get on these boards may be a little much to "swallow" at one time. Please feel free to email me. I don't post my personal email, but I can give you my aunt Lin's email addy and she will forward it to me. She doesn't read anything that has my name in the subject line. So please feel free to talk with me. I am not only experienced in the abuse part of the religion, but in any other way you can imagine. I know it is scary to talk on a public forum about private things. I put my story out there so others will know they are not alone and can do something to change things.   So What Was The First Thing That You Did...

  ..after you were baptised, and how did you feel?.

  i went for a swim, having got baptised at orchard beach, new york.

  i was disappointed that i didn't feel any sort of warm glow.. when my dad was baptised, it was at epsom circuit assembly, london.

  Well, I remember it like it was yesterday.

  I had to wear a t-shirt over my bathing suit (can't arouse anyone), so I picked a special t-shirt. It was black, with a big florescent pink smiley face on it.

  I only got baptised to 1) get elder father off my back 2) to get df'd. So, I was smiling, but not for the reason everyone thought I was smiling for. I found it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funny, that I was not only laughing on the inside but on the outside (my shirt) at everyone. I kept thinking "If they oooonnnly knew".

  I came out of the water with a "glow" alright, I knew I was even closer than ever to getting the hell out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Well, 9 months later, I got my wish!!!!!!!!!!! And now I am here with my beloved apostates standing proud and roaring loud!!!!!!!!

  bad songs

  i was reading a post that reminded me of the songs that were popular but was wrong to listen to for various reasons.. we all remember puff the magic dragon being about drugs, which i hear was just a rumour.. another i remember was let it be by the beatles, which was " catholic based about mary the mother of jesus" when apparently it was written about paul mccartney's own mother.

  shows what they know.. which songs do you remember that were "bad" that we were not supposed to listen to?

  Ok, don't think I am crazy. But for all those in the US, do you remember the show Mr. ED??? you know the talking horse????????

  Well, I couldn't watch that show anymore cause if you played the theme song backwards it was supposed to have demonic messages in it.

  Anyone else told this????????

  I couldn't listen to Judist Priest----demonic

  Black Sabbath, either, even though I grew up listening to it with my "elder" father.

  I was raised on heavey metal, and then when I was older, couldn't even listen to the music my dad raised me listening to.

  Yes, I got your email. But what I meant by use it, is email me something like this. Way before you come to the SAME cross road you did with the other guy. If you have to ASK is he being honest with me--------------- 9 times out of 10 the answer is HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I have no problem with cybersex, but only if the ones involved can HANDLE it. You take it from fantacy to reality. If you are playing, then play, but now you are wondering if he is telling you the TRUTH??????? WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU GIVE A S*IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You shouldn't have called him on the phone to begin with. If it is only cyber--play.......... cyber----meaning COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!! Then KEEP it ONLY on the COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I know you are lonely and everyone here can relate to that feeling, but putting yourself in a dangerous or abusive situation, well pardon me for saying ----------it is STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!

  We have all done stupid things, but JESUS!!!!!!!!!! You JUST did the same thing not even a MONTH ago!!!!!!!!!! LEARN from it, you KNOW you shouldn't be trying to make this work, so what the hell are you thinking girl??????????????

  Get OFF THE COMPUTER and go out and find men to chat with!!!!!!! You are the one who is doing this to you, the only one who can stop it is YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  yesterday alot of us did alot of quizzes on elements, auras, and the ultimate beautiful women quiz as well.. what i am trying to find out is who is the artist of the pics of the women??

  they are amazing and my roommate wants to find out who drew, painted, whatever, the pics of those women.

  i have no idea how to do this.. http://quizilla.com is there somewhere on this site where it says who the person drawing these women can be found?.

  Hon, the link didn't work. I tried to copy and paste and it still didn't work.

  Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can find the artist of these pics. I have not idea on how to go about doing this. There was no signature on the pics at all. I looked at all the ones posted.

  Sweetheart, please remember how the last guy treated you. You are leaving yourself open for this to happen again.

  If you want to meet someone so bad, go to a club, library, or somewhere that you can meet the person face to face and be able to judge someone by the way they are in person. People on the internet can be whoever they want, and that can be VERY dangerous.
