  Good user name suggestions for lurkers who are signing up!

  hi jwners,.

  i think we are stuck with the ones we have chosen but how about a thread with good ideas for name for those signing up?.

  it is can be difficult to think of a good one at the moment of signing up so here's mine for any lurker that wants to be.

  the other day our meeting was cancelled and we didn't even get a call from the elders to advise us.

  i take that as a sign that our fade is working.

  the next step i would like to implement is not turning in a field service report.

  My phone call was EXACTLY what shamus just posted.

  I had butterfly's in my stomach as I did this before I stopped going to meetings.

  When I hung up the phone it was orgasmic relief!

  Helps to not go to the meetings after that. They won't be able to schedule anything with you.

  When they call, say you are doing great.

  When they ask where you have been, say busy.

  I love screwing with their heads because I know their game and they are slow to mine.

  in today's study watchtower there was, yet again, more demonization of the internet.

  although the paragraph purported to be about guarding against pornography, it struck me that they are attempting to kill two birds with one stone here, without mentioning one of the birds by name.

  Can anyone give me an experience where confessing to the Elders did NOT make a situation worse?

  When someone confesses, either the whole congregation will find out or the matter is not allowed to go away.

  I would be real interested in an actual experience, not a quote or scriptural reason, of positive coming from being 'honest" with the elders.

  Of course they are looking at porn.

  The GB forbids them from actually doing the "fun" stuff.

  In all seriousness, I learned about internet porn from the WT.

  My kids learned about masturbation from the WT.

  And they wonder why they have a problem, they plant the seed.

  It seems like most were baptized over twenty years ago.

  Besides the very young and those with mental/emotional issues, not too many are getting baptized anymore.

  I would say its a good sign very few are recently baptized (bet the WBT$ is thankful for third world nations).

  Really convinces you that this is an organization going backwards.

  When I married my wife, I was a JW. This means I could really love her.

  Now that I am a "full blown apostate", is it impossible for me to really love her?

  a sister rang and left a message to see how we are....but i called back the next day and she said...."oh sorry i have no time to talk, the circuit oversear is coming for dinner, can you call back?

  " this reminds me of c.o dinners it's a major suck up...like jesus and his apostles are coming for dinner.

  the pioneers like this sister always get the c.o to come over.. anyone had the pleasure?.

  Did anyone else have to deal with insane "dietary restricitons" on a regular basis.

  I can understand alergies, but it seemed like many of them had "made up" these restricitons.

  But then again, I am not cynical, am I?
