when i was a kid and on vacation in florida about 20 years ago, my dad had mentioned about an "apostate group" in florida and that it was called "jehovah's christian witnesses" supposedly they even had their own kingdom halls, how many others here are aware of this group and do they even exist still?

The tubes at that time were missing modern barium oxide cathode and graphite anode. Those old vacuum tubes did consist of mainly metal and glass. Minerals were used in early detectors with "cat whisker" but not with tubes.

i am about to start wiring my house for home theater speakers and i'm wondering what type of jack i should install in the wall behind the tv.
i've noticed all sorts of speaker jacks that are available and i have no idea which ones i should use..

it's "the gate" by francois bizot which tells of his experiences as the only western prisoner to survive the khmer rouge in cambodia.
in 1971, on a routine outing through the cambodian countryside, the young french ethnologist francois bizot is captured by the khmer rouge.

As far as I remember there was no actual explanation by the time this change took place and for some time they used CE and AD concurrently. One reason that I could think of is that BC is not accurate as long as Jesus's birth is supposed to take place before this period named Before Christ had come to an end.
