Commercial activism.
by Ben131895 inin his last couple of vlogs, john cedars is wearing a t-shirt saying shunned.
some people liked it and asked him if they could purchase one.. in his last vlog (#111) he is advertising it and mentioned the link www.apostee.com, based in the us.
comments attached to vlog # 110 mentioned the fact that this company will close in april and that the business will be continued by cedars itself, who has also a stock of anti-witness items.. besides that, he was not the owner of jwsurvey.org, but since january 16, 2016 he is.. it looks (as mentioned before by simon in an earlier thread), this guy is making a living from his activism, a paid career.. one should seriously question his true motives, demonstrated in his activism.

D2D work has been almost wiped out where I live in a suburb of London, makes sense with the reduction of the WT/Awake mag and since the introduction of carts, I've seen them once recently on D2D for the first time in many years but I believe it was the build up to the memorial I do see them sometimes walking around the neighbourhood but it only seems to be on RV's. Increasing apathy from the R&F declining meeting attendances, congs being merged and liquidated, meetings reduced and you see a burnt out, demotivated, bored workforce. -

How much of the Society's publications just get stored away in the garage?
by donny inalmost a year ago i moved back to the dallas - fort worth area after spending 16 years in the northern california area.
the area i live in has several nearby parks and walkways and these areas have several "share a book" pods mounted on a pole spaced about 1/2 mile from one another.
people are encouraged to add books they no longer use to these pods and to take one if they are interested.. i have been diligent on removing watchtower publications from them and what has surprised me is how many old publications in pristine condition are added almost on a daily basis.

tons upon tons upon tons, many millions of tons, how many times would we place rags and books on the FS and go on the RV and ask if the home-owner got to read the particular rag/book? the majority of the time the answer was no, add the amount of unread stuff in the homes of the R&F and householders worldwide and it really is a criminal waste, I still laugh when they claim the WT is the most distributed mag in the world. -

the ransom for the sins of A&E is flawed anyway because A&E were not perfect and they were destined to fail , the whole thing is a fraud. -

I would rather be in the JW cult than the ex-jw cult
by questioningmyfaith ini have posted one other time on this website.
just for the mere fact that i wasn't anger and bitter and ready to declare the gb the sociopathic criminals that so many here ascribe to, my initial question digressed to bickering over ad hominem attacks against the gb and not my beliefs that i'm questioning.
some did give me some help on my questions.

I seem to be hearing this term "exjw cult" or a particular exjw has created a cult of exjw's which really is nonsense, there are vast subgroups where people are welcome to believe what they want, weather they be atheist, christian, groups for gay exjw's bible student groups and they are free to support whatever group they like, there is no "membership" of any of these groups, I would like to know about all these so called lies though, a world wide child abuse cover up policy?, ,membership of the UN?, holding investment stock in companies what produce military hardware? former GB members who were predatory abusing homosexuals? please respond.
