  It appears that Anonymous is still collecting data and investigating vulnerabilites. When they are done with that phase, we might see some real fireworks. It would be good to prepare ourselves to publicize the results when things start to happen. Significant media coverage is a possibility. The XJW community did a good job of sharing Sparlock and Candace Conti with the world. This could be even bigger.

  I wanted to point out that the Anonymous attack against the Watchtower Society is a suboperation of OpPedoChat. This is good in that the Watchtower and its websites are rightly being grouped with child abuser friendly websites and organizations. The downside is that many of those involved with the operation aren't familiar with the child abuse policies of Jehovah's Witnesses. In addition to informing the public of the dangers we should also be helping members of Anonymous to understand this issue.

  this is pure speculation on my part and i hope to get some others to join in sharing their thoughts on this topic.. with the recent push by "mother" to rely heavily on their site jw.org, correspondance to elder bodies, publication downloads, library access, imagine the impact an attack to their site could produce to the organization.. here we have the gb jumping on the bandwagon, late as usual, but still trying to grasp the internet, and saying that it's "okay" to use the internet, and when you do, please go to our site.

  so you have a lot of people that may have been die hard, anti-internet because it's from the devil, now saying, okay, lets get a computer, get internet service and hop online..... that's where all hell breaks loose.

  they log on the great world wide web and type in the "officially backed" website.... and bam!

  Imagine sending a fake email that says that Anonymous is planning on sending fake emails and letters and provide strict instructions that all future correspondence should be verified by a call to headquarters.

  Can you imagine how many hundreds or thousands of phone calls they would get? After they finish telling all these elders that they shouldn't be calling headquarters you could send out more fake emails that wont be double checked.

  Twitter is one of the best ways to spread information and build awareness. It's used extensively by Anonymous. Even XJWs have had some success with it, especially with spreading the news about Sparlock and Candace Conti.

  If we want to spread the news about the Watchtower Society's disgusting coverup of pedophilia, we should use Twitter as one of our primary tools.

  This thread is intended to provide ideas and actual tweets that we can send to the public.

  For recent news about Anonymous action against the Watchtower Society use #OpPedoChat. Click the link or do a search. Retweets are very powerful and easy. You don't have to bother composing a tweet, although that is nice too.

  This is also a good opportunity to follow other XJWs when you see their tweets.

  The pedophile lists ARE NOT paper

  The pedophile information is on a computer data base. 6 years ago it was called ADMIN2000 .

  Each WT branch in the world is on it and each branch can access their own date base with list of pedophiles coming under their jurisdiction.

  NY branch can access each branch list, but each branch can't access NY branch.

  I like the way they all had the same sign and same message. The public doesn't really care about false prophecies or doctrinal disputes. Even shunning and people dying for refusing blood doesn't have nearly the effect as the pedophile coverup.

  I also got a kick out of the "brother" videotaping the protesters. They don't seem to realize how creepy that makes them look. It makes them look like Scientology. It also makes the use of masks seem reasonable.
