THe specialist looked at my knee today ...after i took a couple of perkesets....no pain at all ...and played with my leg and knee and then he said...."No surgery, you have arthritis in your knee...and something..about "crystals" in there..WHEW. He just gave me a new brace presciption, and physiotherapy instrucions. Well needless to say im happy about no surgery. But the first doctor told me i had torn my tendon.. he then..froze my knee and said we need to do surgery., But he wasnt the main orthopedic, only the emerg doctor. ..thank god for that. happy happy...

i postponed goin to have it checked out hoping it would go away.....started hopping around on one leg and finally got it checked out.
(canadian hospitals ..omg....unbelievalbe...checked in at 2300hrs, doctor looked at me at 10am.

Not making a peep. Just texting. I love it the speaker is spewing crap and ppl are texting cause texting is more intresting. admitedly its prolly teenagers who text more but I m guilty ..i was texting my JW son during a speial day assembly ...and was cracking him up with jokes...I love it technology comes in handy sometimes.THey cant control everything.

Ive heard glucosamine works for some ppl and doesnt work for others. Do you recommend it?. I have it but after not sure if i should take them. On second thought anything that helps recovery is good ...I

hi mindmyown...im actually going to see the orthopedist tomorw...when he tells me if surgery is needed ..so no physiotherapy yet.I havent got too much swelling just some on lower right side of knee. But wow 3 hours a week for four months sounds painful..
