  its getting close to assembly time and my wife will be heading up to salt lake to attend the assembly there with her relatives so i will be on my own for a week.

  i'm lining up my favorite cult movies to watch while she is away.

  i was unaware that don johnson was a singer.

  i came across this, and couldn't help laughing.

  there was certainly a lot of emotion in this genre, but this is intense enough to border on comedy.

"there have been five attempts over the last 18 months, with swansea trumping castleblayney's 1,253 smurfs recorded last year.. "we knew that if we were going to break the record, we had to do it in style and 2,510 smurfs will be a tough act to follow for any budding record-breakers.".

  the news stories are reporting that the epa has proposed a tax on cows and other farm animals.

  the tax is $175/cow (amounts for other animals are lower).

  the reason is methane gas, a greenhouse gs.. the price of beef and dairy is expected to rise dramatically.

  honestly, i never believed in the chronology.

  "no man knows the day or the hour" was pretty clear to me..

  Yes, I believed it was. With the this generation shall not pass away thing, and I remember when the "Revelation" book was released, and studying that for the first time, surely the end was near, Communism was falling apart everywhere, and people were crying peace and security!

  Then there was the Gulf war surely that would lead up to armageddon.

  Yeah, I was one of those ones that thought every odd current event could lead up to the end.
