  can anyone confirm that the 1927 edition of the finished mystery had the material covering ezekiel removed?.

  i believe 1927 edition might have been called the "boxed edition.

  I am SO glad to have read this post; I thought I was the only one who distrusted elders!

  They are NOT spirit directed, neither are they spirit appointed as is often quoted in the Watchtower.

  There may well be a few genuine ones, who have the best intentions!

  but NOT the majority, who are generally on a power trip.

  VM44 - There aren't too many people interested in Mathematics!

  I used Sawyer's books in 1972-74 when I was training to be a maths/Science teacher.

  I just wish I had known about him when he first wrote them (1943) I was 11 then and could have coped better at school with them.

  It is amazing that they are still available.

  What does horizontal ridges on nails mean?

  i've always had this, horizontal depressions in my nails, they eventually grow out, but then another one will appear.

  not white ridges just depressions.. any ideas?.

  I couldn't sit there knowing it's not the actual "truth" without coughing out "Bullshit!" when I hear it.

  This is why my wife won't allow me to accompany her to the KH; EVER!!!

  I would shout out something similar in the meeting; probably "All lies!"

  They are a very dangerous cult and have far more power than you may think.

  They will lie there way out of any situation to your disadvantage.

  They have very little interest in what they call the truth.

  Elders and above for the most part are just on an ego power trip.
