  $1,000,000.......... jw child abuse victims

  i don't like $450,000 us dollars................... i think one million, or more, us dollars is more like it,... for damages.

  .......to a jw child molestation victim that has all the names and times.......and stuff about how the elders told you that you don't have 2 witnesses...........did they make you read 1 tim 5:19 to them,... out loud?

  1 tim 5:19 do not admit an accusation against an older man.....except only on the evidence of 2 or 3 "witnesses".......20.

  hi hawkaw!,........ why should victims let only "you" help them?................ why shouldn't they find a lawyer who is not afraid of the gov body, and sue?.............. are you suggesting it's ok if victims sue, as long as they check with "lawyers you work with" first?..........and suing the gov body without you is all nonsense?

  i know, southland.

  the people on this site like you don't want to encourage any victims to "sue" the loving, caring, gov body......... and to suggest one million, (or more) for damages........ hahahaha....... victims should be ashamed of themselves, .... right?........... wouldn't it be better, if we just "wait on jehovah".......and shut up?......... i mean,... just cause the gov body makes rules that harbor child molesters and punish victims, is no reason to get all excited and actually "sue" their organization,....... right?.......... and, no one could possibly win in court against the lawyers of the gov body anyway, right?.........

  did they tell you to keep quiet?....... or they would reprove you?

  i just read a remark that joining the jw's was no different than any other church.

  people join because thay find the people are nice and sociable.

  i'm also sure that their intent is to be honest and forthright.

  i just talked to a friend that knows a jw that went to the district convention here in michigan a few weeks ago,this jw's father happens to be an elder.this jw told my friend that there was a person that was handing out fliers saying,"stop supporting child abuse" it went futher to quote dateline and other references about silent lambs.this jw also said that they called the police to try and stop this person from handing out fliers,but all the police could do was get them off the silverdomes property,so then this person was handing out fliers on the sidewalk.this jw went futher and said that the elders were going around trying to find out who had the fliers and confiscate them.this whole thing only went on for a short while as there was a brother that was directing people around this person so they would not get or see the flier.now you know if the role was reversed the jw's would be crying foul,i guess they forget how many times they went to court so they could "preach".

  you would think the leaders of "god's visible organization" would want their members to have information concerning child molesters, because they want to stop child abuse,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but look at how much effort they put into preventing members from knowing about the problem.......

  i guess, the leaders of "the watchtower society" think of the whole issue of protecting children is about as important as "toilet paper"........like the jw "fred hall" just mentioned. ........thanks fred.

  i'm absolutely disgusted as what the gb members are letting go on inside the organization with regards to pedophiles, but i guess it shouldn't come as any great surprise after all the other crap they've pulled over the years.. one can only assume that their sheer arrogance and/or stupidity in their "we can't do anything without two witnesses" policy, is a sign that they're either possessed or they're all getting collective alzheimers disease.......it's ridiculous to pretend that child abuse doesn't go on in the congregations - it goes on in every single religious organization on earth, simply because you have imperfect people in every single religious organization on earth.. if child molesters within the congregation were pursued with the same gusto and enthusiasm as those that buy lottery tickets or question doctrines, they'd be doing something.

  one can only assume that none of the governing body members have any children (thank god!

  ) or they'd never come up with such a stupid policy.

  the other sisters all "recanted" their stories..............it's called conspiracy to silence witnesses.

  that's why it's so hard to prosecute jw abusers,....... the elders have free reign to threaten and silence any witnesses who dare come forward.

  that's what the gov body did to ray franz......... i think they disfellowshipped about 1/4 of bethel to shut everyone up that knew what was really going on.

  i have to give you credit, that was some good propaganda!!!!!........ no matter how many failed predictions and scams the watchtower was involved in, .......... you are able to convince members ......."it's all just a test from jehovah,,,,,,,to see if you stay loyal to his organization."

  no matter how wicked your organization gets,.....even while the court system takes you down now, for conspiracy to harbor pedophiles........ you will say, it's proof that it's the true religion, god is testing you.

  "seven stars" of Revelation 1:20 - JW...

  according to the march 15, 2002 wt page 14 the "seven stars" of revelation 1:20 in christ's righ hand apply exclusively to appointed jw elders today and since they and the governing body are under christ's direction we should submit to their leadership etc.. .

  at the kingdom hall last week i heard a talk in wich the speaker intimated that since the congregations in asia minor all received letters they were organized in much the same way as the wt is today.. what is your take on this matter?

  i just read revelation chapter 2 and 3,............. it sounds more like the bible says there are lots of different congregations (organizations) with all different teachings......... to me.

  jw congregations are all the same,,,,,,, they are clones of the gov body.

  i don't doubt that prisons are getting more and more jws in them........hahahahaha!!!!! .......... and jws need all the territory they can get to try to make more members............ it wouldn't bother me if they go in there and preach.......... stopping them from preaching isn't the way to stop that organization,.......exposing their teachings to the whole word is what will convince people not even to listen to them anymore........... suing them for harboring pedophiles is more effective.......... just my opinion.
