Possums , roaches and assorted Critters
by wednesday inwe discovered we had possums.
i called animal control and they have provided us with traps.
so far we have caught 3. many more to go.

Wednesday, that snake looks like it's in striking range of the man's nuts! He looks like he's got it to close to his body for my comfort!
Honesty, you can eat possum? I think I'll skip it. It looks like a big old rat! Reminds me of a woman at work. I told her we had found a snapping turtle in our driveway (We use to live across the street from a public golf course that had ponds in it.). I told her that we had a time pushing that thing back across the street. She said "Girl! You should of called me! I haven't had any 'Snapping Turtle Stew' in a long time!" I asked her how she got the turtle out of the shell and how she cooked it? She went into a long story about getting the turtle's shell open and how to cook the meat and get the "tendon-like" things out!
And I didn't know that people ate Gar fish either! My sister said she caught one and she dropped her pole and started screaming at the ugly-looking fish! She said someone ran over and said can I have it! We love to eat these!

Gives new meaning to the saying "Keep 'em barefoot and pregnant".
My mother had thirteen children too; but that was when they didn't have birth control pills. She wanted to get her tubes tied; but the Catholic doctor and hospital refused. Back then women didn't have ANY rights!
I wonder about the capacity to LOVE all of those children...to even remember their names!? How do you keep track of all of them?
My mother had the older children helping her out. I feel that we younger ones didn't get quality time with Mom and Dad. But then, that's my family. Having the wealth to care for such a large brood helps. Is she a stay at home mom? Must be!
Having four children was more than enough for me! I'm tired as hell!

Guys, I'd not heard of salvia before this thread. I think we need to hold off condemning it before we know anything about it. That kid in the video could have easily been on a lot of things besides salvia.
Did you watch the one with the older guy (20ish to 30ish) in the lotus position saying how it's takes you on a spiritual high (or something like that). That dude freaked out too! He had a sitter with him in the room. The videos that I watched looked like they were not having a happy high! Most people seemed like they needed to get out of the room/house for air. Well, I think that's what they were trying to do???

People wanna get high because life is hard.
Life is hard but doing knockout crazy drugs doesn't make it better! That kid, probably, lost a few brain cells after that trip! After he puked, I could of swore that he stopped breathing, and then he started hyperventilating, and had spastic movements...that ain't fun! Some kids like to play with death; I guess???
