OK, Armageddon Can Come Now.
by Englishman inlong before i left the dubs in '72, i was praying that armageddon might actually be delayed.. .
like many dubs prior to then, i was, and am still, a rabid fan of the noble game of soccer.
england had just won the world cup and the atmosphere had been so feverish that the wt study on the day of the final had actually been brought forward so as to avoid a clash of interests.. .

How Greepeace loves to kill millions of innocent people...
by Elsewhere inwho has saved more human lives (estimated at over one billion - that's billion with a b) than anyone else in history as a direct result of his work?
who won the nobel peace prize in 1970?
who still teaches at texas a&m at the age of 90?

Earlier on I replied to this post and consider my viewpoint in reflection absurd, it was wrong of me to write that and write such view in such an offensive way. Since I did not write a fully cohesive reply, it would have been better for me to have simply kept my mouth shut.

Al Qaeda And "The Organisation".
by Englishman injust wondering.. today's sunday times, which is unfortunately no longer on line unless a ridiculous fee is paid, featured an article about a young british moslem.. he claimed that he had been approached by al qaeda in 2000. he said that they targeted young moslem men with money problems, normally as a result of gambling.
he'd agreed to join and spent time working on 767 simulators before being sent to new york for further training with other recruits.. upon arrival, he'd chickened out and legged it to las vegas.
he promptly blew the 5000 given to him by "the organisation", as he referred to al qaeda.

Random Act of Kindness
by cruzanheart inlast year, as many of you know, my dad committed suicide.
a couple of months after his death, i was in our local petsmart and started talking to a really cool dog trainer.
he was bright, loved animals, and had one of his dogs with him (who obviously adored him and did everything he asked).

Pius are you really trying to tell me that to save all these lives is a good thing? Are we not over populated enough? Is it not about time that in order for the human race to survive we need to get rid of a billion or so, whomsoever that may be? Think logically, not emotionally. Be realistic about this, not idealistic.

You are talking out yer ruddy ass, do you think that just because you think you're own opinion is right, everybody elses is wrong, do you not know that the majority of the British population is dead against GM foods, are they in your opinion, all talking bollocks, or are we allowed a point, or are you a dictator in your thoughts, or are you able to raise a question unbiased towards engendering only one side of an argument, I think your post is loaded on one side and does not represent a fair balance, what do you think?

I received an e-mail from Ray Franz
by pc ini wrote to him to express my utmost respect for him and his wife and all they did by writing his books.
i wasn't going to say anything about it to anyone because i thought maybe that would be disrespectful to him.
to day in rereading it for the 20th time i just felt so melonchly about it.

I had an email recently from Tony Blair thanking me for some input I gave on a governmental UK website, jolly decent of him. Think it's been deleted now.
Happy Birthday Ray, if I knew your address I'd post you personally.
