  i was talking to a friend about the jw's being apart of the un as an ngo.

  she didn't like it, and was upset about.

  rang up bethel (in australia) and inquired about it.

  Need prayers for my sister...she just got DF'd

  i'm really concerned for my sister and her husband.

  they both got df'd last thurs.

  and i found out today cause my mom called crying histerically telling me the news.

  The book by Dan Brown is VERY readable - makes one want to look at the evidence (even though fictional). Years ago I read Foucault's Pendulum (Umberto Eco) which is similar !!

  a couple of years ago a cousin of mine was getting married, so the boys had a little stag party for him.

  nothing major, just some drinking and a couple of rounds of pool.

  as we received our drinks at the bar, i naturally raised my glass to clink it with theirs.

  I think the 'glass clinking thing' is to scare off demons - seems to work a treat then, as I haven't seen a demon in all the time I'VE been drinking!

  Am not sure I understand, as this....

  However, according to the Bible, it should be on Friday 25, They never care about the day or time, only convenient and money (some KH are rent, extra day renting , extra electrical spending etc...).

  .contradicts this...

  If your congregation normally has meetings on Thursday, these are to be switch to another day of the week

  ...so, the way I read it, they won't lose out either way...
