Welcome. I believe in some herbal treatments but not all. But when you make your herbal tea treatments make sure that all your utensils you use to make it including boiling your water are stainless steal otherwise you can contaminate your treatment tea. Also it is always better to use spring water or distilled as the water from our taps are full of contaminates.
i havn't been able to keep up with all the discussion in this forum as to why the gb has suddenly decided to implement these changes and perhaps someone has mentioned this already, but to me the most obvious reason has nothing to do with control, or money.
it has everything to do with the serious shortage of qualified brothers who can (or who are willing to) be used.
i have been involved in the organzation for 40 yrs and i have never seen the level of apathy and disillusionment among those serving in some capacity in this organization.
All I know is that anything the GB has to say is not worth the toilet paper I flush down the sewer drain.

a few months ago publishers were told not to hand in individual study reports for bible studies.
remember, we had to hand in a separate report for each bible study with name and address of bible student.
I wonder how the student would feel knowing that their personal info was being given to the society.
i'm a jw in good standing and she is too.
she has had a lot of questions.
now, i feel like there is a division between us.
I want her to understand that she can trust me and that I'll help her to find the answers that she is looking for.
As you can read the past many pages of replies that we are people too just like you with the same capabilities, with the same understanding and the same teachings from a cult that controls the human mind in order to control their actions.
As you say above that you will help her find the answers to her questions. How do you plan to do that if you close off your brain that God gave to in order to think and act on your own recognance. You will never be able to help her find out the real truth behind the steel curtain at the societies head quarters.
So until you can do that you will not be of any help to her other than maybe just support her in her direction and respect her as a human being that has the same mind, same capabilities and with the same understanding. Further more God gave us the right to choose for ourselves by ourselves that is why we are responsible for our own doings.
If she decides to walk away from the society, and if you truly love your wife you will support her decisions. Good luck and God Bless !
well i turned another year younger yesterday, my girlfriend who has been living with me for almost a year tells me, here is your birthday present and i will not be living here any more.
here son has had a time with trouble and last summer needed a place to live.

Well the most likely person was her son as he was living here and had access to the house many times.
Anyway he has since moved on and now my son needs a place to stay for awhile and I told him he could move into the spare bedroom. She ( my girl friend) says that we can live together meaning my son and I but she will not be here with us. She hardly even knows my son to make a judgement like that. But as I always said blood is thicker than water.
So now I am on the singles list again, 47 and still looking for misses right. I figured after all these years someone would be a part of my life but here at 47 I am finding myself still looking for that perfect companion. Is this just a wish and a hope or is there really someone for everyone ?
at the meeting today the watchtower conductor did say that "all will want to be in attendance next week for a special announcement from the governing body on april 27. but don't ask us what it is because we don't know either, we just know there will be an announcement.".
i would guess it is about the tract campaign in october..

appellate court denies request to intervene in molestation case.
an appellate court today denied a request to intervene in the case of a jehovah's witness facing child molestation charges.
I hope they nail his balls to a set of bars for a very long time, but as the justice system goes he will probably get a couple of years which is nothing more than a slap on the hand.
