I think it does and I think that the concept of free will, and much else besides, makes better sense in a world constituted by a mental rather than material basis. See Materialism is Baloney by Bernardo Kastrup.

jehovah created humans.
jehovah created humans as free moral agents.

What you say is spot on Las M, except for the last point. Narcissists simply don’t experience heartbreak themselves of the kind that they inflict on others. He is more likely to get increasingly frustrated, annoyed, angry, indignant, and self-pitying, when people who should be important to him distance themselves. As professor Sam Vatkin describes it, narcissists view people purely as instruments and discard them without a second thought when they are no longer useful. There is no heartbreak involved for the narcissist.

I watched a few minutes of that video and I found it too uncomfortable to continue any longer. To describe it in general terms, he seems to lack patience or empathy and treats people as props for his own purposes. And that’s how he behaves in front of the camera. Shudder.
The person who contacted me with the document above indicated they are other material archived that may be helpful.

20 Things I Don't Understand about Jehovah's Witnesses
by Vanderhoven7 ini don’t understand how jehovah’s witnesses can rightly claim:.
that less than 150,000 faithful christians existed prior to the 20th century....when allegedly millions were martyred during the first 3 centuries of the common era alone.
unique ability to interpret scripture...when interpretation of prophecy has been 100% wrong for over 130 years.. .

The young guy with the pony tail did an excellent commentary on the livestream. It’s better than watching the original video because he picks up every important point. -

I should say, I am not proofreader and I wouldn’t catch everything. But I would help spotting errors, as far as I can, if it helps.
I remember sneaking around reading Crisis of Conscience, hiding it like it was contraband. But just around that time, at one of the Thursday meetings, I overheard a conversation between two sisters. This was back when sisters could did demonstration type talks on a Bible topic, using whatever material they like. (I’m not sure, but I think it’s more programmatic nowadays.)One sister said to the other, “I’ve got a talk in a couple of week, would you be my householder?”
The other said, “sure, what’s your topic?”
“Apostasy.”
“Yeah I can help you out with that, because I read that book by Fred Franz’s nephew years ago, so I know what apostates try to say and all that”.
“Okay then, we’ll get together to practise”.
I nearly fainted. Here I was hiding the book as if my life depended on it, and this sister was talking about it openly in the Kingdom Hall as if it was no big deal. In fact it sounded like she was boasting about her insight on the topic. Pretty strange incident, seemed to me.

I’m not much of a writer but I’d certainly be willing to proofread if that’s any help.

Arthritis pain. What works for you?
by Fisherman inthere are several prescription meds people use to relieve the pain of arthritis.
they work by suppressing the immune system or by reducing inflammation.
people also use otc anti-inflammatory pills, and even anti-allergy pills are reported to work because of being able to also reduce inflammation but people tell me that they are concerned to use some meds regularly because of potential side effects in long term use.

Have you tried the website “stuff that works”? It aggregates the responses of thousands of people to works out what treatments are effective. You need to fill out their questionnaire first to access their data.
Cherries might help with some kinds of joint pains but perhaps not this kind. It helped for me. I now eat a few cherries every couple of days when available.

Investment departments in Bethel
by Mikejw ini was a bethelite in london for many years then got reassigned to the field and then went on brd from the start of chelmsford right upto covid.. during my years at the branch i was sometimes asked to be on a team who went to homes donated to the branch when some older one died.. this happenes an awful lot, everything is left to the branch in the will.
the unbelieving family is furious they didn’t get left anything and sometimes they tried to get their elderly relatives possessions and there was a legal battle .
but in the end a team of us would go and empty the property and another team would clean it up and put it on the market to sell it for the worldwide work.. all the possessions were sorted into trash or possibly valuable .

I am sure one of the reasons they push shunning of disfellowshipped and disassociated children so hard is because they know some parents will leave everything to Watchtower as a result. Evil.
