by Gill ini hope that this information will help some people who may not be aware that it is possible to prevent and fight flu with more 'natural' methods.. we experimented with this in our home this winter when flu was about.. four of us took the 'regime' of prevention.. two of us did not!.
the four who took the 'regime' did not even get a sniffle this winter.. the two who did not became very ill with flu, including myself, and my eldest developed life threatening complications to flu including pneumonia and asthma and she had had her flu vaccination.
she was sick for 3 weeks recovering from this and was lucky not to die!.

I hope that this information will help some people who may not be aware that it is possible to prevent and fight flu with more 'natural' methods.
We experimented with this in our home this winter when flu was about.
Four of us took the 'regime' of prevention.
Two of us did not!
The four who took the 'regime' did not even get a sniffle this winter.
The two who did not became very ill with flu, including myself, and my eldest developed life threatening complications to flu including pneumonia and asthma and she had HAD her flu vaccination. She was sick for 3 weeks recovering from this and was lucky not to die!
The regime is the following. The four who caught nothing took Vogel's echinacea tincture, 15 drops two to three times a day, and vitamin C, 1000mg 2 times a day.
As soon as myself and my eldest became ill they also took Sambucol as a preventative (elderberry extract) and increased their vitamin c doses to 1000m 4 times a day. As I say, they caught absolutely not a sniffle this winter just gone.
You can use this regime as a preventative.
If you develop flu, use the above regime but also add N Acetyl Cysteine, 600mg twice a day. It can also be used as a preventative.
N A C prevents inflammation in the lungs and so helps asthmatics and those who develop pneumonia easily.
Could I also recommend Yarrow tea, only to be drunk if you develop the flu, up to four times day. It helps to get rid of flu, is also anti inflammatory and prevents the alveoli in the lungs from inflamming, bursting, bleeding and killing you.
You can check all this information on line.
I hope it will be of help to someone to get you through the coming flu bug that is circulating.
Good luck to everyone and get plenty of vitamin c in. It is not toxic and is as safe as water. If you have over 10 000 mg it may give you diahorrea but it is a powerful anti viral so don't skimp on it!

But why would you think that I believe the world is going to end.....when I don't.
YOu see you read your own ideas into what I say. But the world is NOT going to end.
But bad things happen in the world and continue to do so if 'good men' do nothing about it.
Darkness needs light to shine on it and history has a bad habit of repeating itself, tragically.

You chose to bully, scream at and abuse and deliberatly misunderstand the point I was making just because you felt you could, along with Avishai shout me down.
Go for it.
All said and done, if you actually read what I've said, and I apologise for not using the apostrophes to indicate the point I was making, that is definitely my fault, but I was trying to explain that these people used the bloodshed of the innocent as method of disguising, cloaking themselves.
If you want to disprove that, read the whole thread and you will see I am right in this. I am not responsible for others lack of understanding though definitely responsible for not using apostrophes as an indication of intent. This was a grave grammatical error in that it meant the whole meaning was lost.
I understand why some people like to 'bully and scream' at others and no longer care for it.

There are many other ELITE families who wreak havoc and destruction on this world and are able to control the minds of people who have no urge to know 'WHY' and are willing to swallow anything they are told they must believe, otherwise they will be called evil names. But even I would have not believed some of these things a few years ago and have worked hard to discover the unpalatable reality.

Another point, Avishai with the 9 / 11 zionist plot link that you gave, is that people do not believe that the Jewish people were responsible for 9 / 11. As to your 'Khazarian Myth' story. That is interesting.
The Jewish people existed and lived without doubt wandering as was apparantly their punishment from God, or so their books tell them and where the Khazarians come in is that they chose to associate themselves with the Jewish religion / people and adopt their beliefs for whatever reason they may have had.
Therefore, in what way does that become a myth?
