luckily I am one of those that couldn't gain a pound if I had to......still weigh the same as I did when I graduated high school 20+ years ago.

I have to seriously watch what I eat. I could not eat everything I want to without gaining weight. So I end up not eatting anything till like 4-5 or 6 in the evening and then snacking on something before I go to sleep. It's usually junk food though.....Ice cream.....butterfinger bars.....and juice....I love white grapefruit juice!

4) Dairy Queen Mint Oreo Blizzards MMMMMMMMmmmmmm

6) Gloria Jeans' Iced coffee drinks.....(unfortunately had to cut out drinking caffiene )
7) Strawberry Ice cream

i found it very informative.
It is shocking to see the attitude of "ordinary people" who lived there about what happened. Like this farmer or peasant who mocked the Jews in the railcars as they passed him by, taking delight in their grim fate....
What shocked me the most about Schindler's List, is exactly that....Oh my God, I honestly did not believe that people could be so cruel and heartless. I am glad I watched it, because although I knew it was horrible, I did not realize the extent of how horrible it was. I was in kind of a state of shock and pretty depressed for a week or so after I watched it. I'll never forget it.
