Kingdom halls don't have cemetaries like other churches do . Is this another mind game to make the believers think they will never die? Are the witnesses to cheap to have a cemetary, grass cutting maintenance and such?
Why don't they exist?

Quote from satan " You two can live forever in paradise".
the radio was used extensively in the 1920's and 1930's.
by 1933 the society was using 403 radio stations to broadcast bible lectures.
later, the use of the radio was largely replaced by increased house-to-house visits by witnesses with portable phonographs and recorded bible talks.

It's just funny how they brag about using it in the 30's,
then they stop and don't give a reason for stopping.
I listen to christian radio broadcasts alot on my way to from work.
and one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified god, and fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks.
"and one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified god, and fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks.
" then jesus answered, "were there not any found who returned to give glory to god except this foreigner?
15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. [then]
16 He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him - and he was a Samaritan.
18 Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?
Glory to the father through the son.

i know this has probably been discussed before, but i would like to take a poll of your thoughts as to what you personally would do, disassociate yourself or just fade over time.
i've been in the process of "fading" myself since november of last year, (last meeting in january, and never going back).
i have been considering making it official though by formal letter of da.
My opinion is fade. Avoid all the elders buggin you. Plus you don't lose family because you're spiritually weak and are doubting.
When you DA your still following their rules. (though it does give finality and a clean break)
who but the jw's could be gleeful over the happenings in the middle east?
and the problems in n & s korea?
ammo for the doors i guess.
Isn't Jesus coming at a time when no one expects him?
Doesn't all of dubdom and christendom expect his return to be imminent?
`choose life to keep alive'.
christian--once.
israel chose to obey...willingly gave...their exclusive devotion.

Do you regularly read such thrilling accounts published in The Watchtower and meditate on them?
NO, I cannot. The excitement and thrill might give me a heart attack.
It's funny how the Watchtower has judged these people and granted them exemplary status,
worthy of imitating.
The Watchtower really needs to put out a modern bible of noted prophets and prophetesses.(spelling?)
"Read Gods word the Watchtower daily"
