But this bitch? Why reduce us to her level? Just because she is an animal doesn't mean we are. Stick her in a cage, figure out why she did it (and thus maybe stop it happening to other people), and wait for her to die.
that sums it up pretty much. -

"Do what nature failed to do: Abort the abnormality." sounds pretty much nazi to me. this kind of thinking should not exist anymore. let it never happen again.
you misunderstand what i am talking about. i never said crimes are ok, no, and i am disgusted by what human beings are able to do. "evil" is not a attribute to describe a person, but a deed. the thing that woman did was evil indeed. she's not, she's got a mental problem, and a huge one. and people have to be protected from persons with huge mental problems who do evil deeds.
Oh, and the guys that were the nazi's that actually DID that kind of stuff? Were they mentally ill?
some obviously were. some were not, but had the same thinking robdar has, combined with too much power. and some were people like many on here, who thought it would be ok to kill "evil" people.
What kind of punishment did they deserve?
punishment does not help anyone. education probably would. -

I'M NOT A LIBERAL!!!
we already know that. you are a big fan of nazi propaganda, the "natural selection" type. and from what i can see here, you're not the only one.
a mentally ill woman? go fry her! let's save some money!
saw that disabled child? let's save some money again!
IIRC humans have a right to live. and calling someone a beast won't change that. if i'd believe in god i'd pray every day for the USers to even slightly resemble the rights they think they represent. human rights? (if it wouldn't be so sad i'd say) don't make me laugh. -

Does God Really Care
by Undecided in.
when i read of the many natural calamities that have killed billions of people over the centuries i wonder if god is interested at all?
when i see the importance that the bible makes of just one death of god's sons, when he was resurrected and given a higher position just 3 days later, what about all those millions of human sons.. i guess we are like an ant hill to god, if you happen to step on it, who cares.. ken p.

no, god does not care.
but then - is there a god at all? -

Have you re-read the bible since leaving the Kingdom Hall?
by Eyebrow2 ini always wanted to re-read the bible after i left the org; to be able to read it without having to feel like i had to apply something, or to have to read it out of obedience, etc.... well, i have always liked the new world translation, i know it isn't perfect, but i think it is better than some.
but i have always wanted to get a different modern english translation, and read that.
well, i finally picked up a new international version at wal-mart the other day...under $6, what a bargain.. started last night, and finished genesis today, and am just starting into exodous.

i read the bible, but not as "god's word". i mainly read it because there are so man inconsistencies to find. and it's great to show those to my witness friends and family.

by Golf insomeone recently posted the man of the year award.
well, here's an article that i came across and would like you to view.
the title is, "man of the year is everyman in anybody town" by judith moriarty .

it's not an award! it's just about persons who had a big impact on world history. at least that's what the whole "person of the year" thingy was ment to be.

Revelation 11:18 ("bring to ruin those ruining the earth") Meaning?
by AlmostAtheist inhey folks,.
just curious, any concensus on what john actually meant here?
i doubt a guy in the first century could honestly envision a time when mankind could genuinely "ruin the earth" if the idea struck them.
