  Do you know of any witnesses that went to Jail/Prison? What did they do?

  Other than the ones I knew that had to do prison sentences because of the military draft, there was a 15 year old from my old cong. that was "encouraged" (read coerced) to get baptized when he was 12. That was back in the late 1980's. He then went to live with his father and got involved in drug dealing and shot and killed two other drug dealers here in the Western Pa. area.

  His mother was outraged that he was sentenced to 50 years in prison. (He was such a good boy) Yeah.....right! He was never anything but trouble but mommy refused to see it.

  One of my fellow elders at the time told mommy that a 50 year sentence was the best thing that could have happened to him and she blew a gasket once again. The gist of what he said was......."well, if he wasn't caught, how long would it take until he was shot and killed? At least he will be alive in prison." Mommy didn't know what to say.

  I'm sure by now that he has a real steady boyfriend.

  Bottom line is.....if Obama is legitimate, then ALL info about his birth/SSN and past should be forthcoming. When all the shucking and jiving is going on, it makes not only me but many others wonder who is really controlling D.C. and who actually trained Obama.

  No one should be allowed to run for office in the U.S. without release of all pertinent records about their life and residencies.

  Moshe and titch,

  I didn't know you guys are HAMS. I am too! The only other hams I have met here are Honesty and a great guy who I can't remember his name or call that I used to talk to regularly. From about 1979 on, I checked in to the JW nets regularly. Maybe we might have even talked. Who knows?

  By the way Moshe......from reading and and being enlightened by your posts.....I have learned that you live very close to my daughter. I won't name the community at this time but you should be familiar with the following eating places. Fitzgerald's Irish Pub, Buffalo Chips and Old 41 and Master Bait and Tackle. I am there several times a year. Several times that I have visited I thought of PMing you to see if you wanted a meetup but I wasn't sure if you wanted to. We differ in opinion but I never push my agenda in person.

  If you guys PM me I will give you my ham call and pertinent info. Unfortunately, I moved into an apartment 2 years ago and because of all the line noise I get here, I can't operate HF. My ham club is TRAC.

  a man i knew in england.his wife was a jw he wasnt.... i knew she had ran off with the elder..1999..was df so was the elder.. they were then reinstated -she divorced alan #1 !!!!

  I remember that! Not sure if it was in the late 1980's or early 1990's. The tyranical PO at that time (and my arch enemy when I was an elder) really pushed this. He would use a scripture from one of the first books of the OT when Jehovah told the Israelites what to do........"and they did just so!"

  If it is true that he was actually born in this country and has the "ceertificate" to back it up, then why the ruse these past years? Why didn't he produce it from the beginning? Was this all planned to create controversy? Every person running for office should HAVE to prove that he is a citizen and that he actually went to the college/university/military branch that he/she lays claim to. Why is it that nobody has remembered him as a classmate at Columbia and Harvard?

  This should have applied to George W. Bush's claims of serving.....which no one ever remembers him doing. Pictures can and do lie. They are all hippocrits and the American public continues to turn a blind eye. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmm (Bill Cosby).
