Keep trying Ducker while you take up for your pedo protecting cult. Like I said, you're incapable of having an honest conversation and a disgusting piece of human garbage to top it all off.
Spin away, deflect, project, it's literally all you have.
today's london times reports on the july ruling of the eu court that forces the organisation country to comply with data protection.. the action originated in finland but the ruling will affect every eu country.
the cult tried unsuccessfully to argue that the notes taken by jws in the door-to-door work were personal and not accessed by the congregation.
the court ruled that they are acting under the auspices of the congregation and therefore they must comply with data-protection laws.. keeping lists of do-not-calls also falls under this ruling.. why does the cult always feel that it is above the law?.

This moron can't see the difference in a legal system that takes action and gets people on offender registries and puts people in prison that does let some slip through the cracks and his beloved cult that at best takes the action of disfellowshipping someone and only protecting their own while ignoring many instances with archaic two witness rules and actively recruiting from prisons. They actively discourage many from going to authorities that can actually investigate and that are trained in favor of window cleaners getting nosy into things that are way above their pay grade.
And you wonder why we sometimes tell you to fuck off. This is the work of a troll. This is the work of someone that cannot have an honest discussion. This is the work of a spin doctor. This is the work of someone with a very sick mind that at best is more concerned with comparing his cult to any organization he can find with a similar problem rather than holding god's one and only chosen organization to a higher standard. This is a person that cares more for the appearance of his cult than the cries of desperate children, or the risk that they are put in when his cult brushes yet another accusation under the rug while not reporting to authorities that could potentially protect an entire community. But hey, other groups have problems, so it is okay for his cult to have even more cracks to slip through. You.....are........disgusting. And you're the same disgusting and disingenuous person that you've been through every iteration that you've come back with.

@StarryNight
He's probably Richard Oliver, an old troll that has been banned and came back. He was a gay JW and the same spin he used to make that work somehow in his mind is the same spin he comes here with in everything else. His arguments have no veracity, only spin, and whether it's him or John Davis or Bobby or whatever made up name he has this time or next the delusion is on display and arguing with him is a waste of time. He just comes here to "keep us accountable" while refusing to hold himself or his cult accountable for anything. Even his name is the height of spin. He comes, he goes, he comes back, and is a legend in his own mind. He's allowed to come here and participate knowing that we would never be allowed to have these discussions with people of his kind, meaning his cult family. I personally don't think he should be given an opportunity he wouldn't give us, but I digress. He's just a troll, trying to win points with "lurkers" that he's hoping to be the Jesus for.
i had a family relative use this scripture found here to justify shunning.
the scripture reads as followed.
if, now, your right eye is making you stumble, tear it out and throw it away from you.+for it is better for you to lose one of your members than for your whole body to be pitched into ge·henʹna.
If association with me makes you stumble, perhaps we need to hang out more because clearly you walk a weak path.
JWs can spin anything to justify shunning out of a book of fairy tales. It's not usually even worth arguing. They see what they want to see.
i just wanted to share with you the thoughts that i've had lately.. my plan was to get a job, become independent and then leaving the org throughout this year 2018. i'm going to achieve the first step in a matter of weeks, the second one soon afterwards but maybe i will wait a little longer for the last one.. one year ago a friend of mine was reinstated.
we weren't very close friends back then, although we got along well.
but, since no many jws in my town want to hang out with him (because of his being a former disfellowshipped), we started to talk and go out more often and in a matter of half a year we've become very close friends, like brothers.
All the things you're doing with this conditional friend are things you could do outside in freedom without the strings attached.
I would ask if you're using the friend to avoid taking a step you're not really ready for. If that's the case, that's cool, but just own whatever the real reasons are for things and live the most authentic life you can.
If the only reason you have to leave is lack of "worldly" behavior, you may need to stay in because there are many reasons to leave other than behavioral ones. You're young, nothing is on fire, but be true to you and only you know what that truly looks like. You owe us nothing.
yeah, i know ... who would want to step foot anywhere near a new-age religious church after being brought up a jw, right?.
i know some will already be judging me, but hold-on - it maybe even worse than you imagine!.
the group i meet-up with ... don't go inside, we never pray, we, erm, we just hang out in the car-park.. you're thinking "wtf?
Pokemon AND the LDS?!!! I'm just not sure I can ever look your avatar in the eyes and take you seriously again.

I'm soooo glad Richard Bobby Oliver is here to hold us all accountable, lol.
It's enjoyable to watch them, and their dearest Ducker, squirm over this stuff. JWs don't care about law unless it benefits them. We all know what not at home lists are and how they are used. Apparently the court sees them as a problem. That's all that matters here. It's great!
i want to thank jehovah's witnesses new world bible translation committee for changing the words, "mentally diseased" as found in the 1984 edition of the nwt, to "obsessed with arguments," as found in 1 timothy 6:4 in the 2013 revised nwt.. on february 6, 2012, david splane, the overseer of the watchtower's writing department received an open letter from me which i posted below especially for new posters.
the topic of my letter was in response to the writing department's statement that ..."apostates are mentally diseased" in their july 15, 2011 watchtower.
the 1984 edition of the new world translation reads:.
@zboubiz - Yes, it was a law specific to Victoria in Australia that allowed him to do that, according to what he said in the podcast, which I used for my answers to your original post.
I don't know all of the ins and outs, I just listened to the same podcast. My guess is that nobody here does know. Feel free to research and report back.

You are correct. The FDS were said to have been appointed over all his belongings in the publications (OM book) , even listing the physical material things as those belongings. So those things were all subject to lawsuit, as were the personal belongings of those of the FDS class that were said to be all of the anointed at the time. So by suing the FDS as a class the organization had to admit that there really was no such thing tangibly and they basically now say that the FDS is only the governing body and only when they meet together as a body. That lawsuit seems to have killed the FDS doctrine so they could protect their asses, I mean assets.
